| Strange that there is allot of 'fillerish' episodes in a short 12 episode anime, guess they will have plenty to pack into the last 3episodes. |

| Whether it was "likable" is personal opinion in this case. Personally, the main reason this episode didn't work for me is that this relationship feels very forced so far. Its like they like each other purely because they are the main characters. The bond doesn't feel "natural". |

| Sacred Seven's getting better and better, this was one of those few good date episodes you can find in anime, plus the timing is really nice until the last arc and the development is just right. |

| Like others have said, it does seems a little forced, but I guess it has to build at some point. To be honest, it would've been great if this guy wasn't the statue of liberty and she wasn't so tiny, if a kiss happens, he'll have to pic her up like a kid or kneel >_> A slight one-sided romance on her part, and without him blushing soo much wouldn't hurt either |

| This episode was sweet, and imo desperately needed. Up until now there's been no concept of the main character's motivations, no real characterization of Ruri, the cast has just been bland unknowns. Blank placeholders enacting out a sequence of events. This episode fixed all of that in one fell swoop. Now in theory it should actually be interesting when shit happens to these people, though we'll see whether that checks out over the following episodes. He towers over adults and has to duck to walk through doorframes. It's not like his peers are gonna grow to match his size or anything. Anyway gonna throw my voice into the pile proclaiming how massively cute they were together. Personally I was reminded more of brother and sister partially just because of how they act together. That little moment where they get separated and the panic ensues before realizing they'd just gotten distracted and separated. He offers to hold her hand but she refuses the offer. The little communications difficulties "Why don't you just say what you wanna say" and lines like that. Going in there to bandage up that foot with and then Ruri feels uncomfortable with the care that's being given her. It all just seemed like a pretty typical older brother younger sister type scenario to me. With father daughter she's more likely to be a bit more willful, to be more comfortable accepting the help and protection, that sort of stuff. The role of dependent comes more naturally as a daughter than a sister I would think. Either way though, regardless of what we personally were reminded of they were definitely just perfect together. Really liked finally getting to see a bit of his protective side. I can really relate to that emotionally distant socially awkward aspect of him. Realizing that he's been saying something stupid and worrying the people around him. Ruri was great and honestly I'm a little surprised that her personality isn't entirely limited to the standard "Sheltered princess" archetype. Didn't at all when she was introduced but she's grown on me a lot. |
