I can honestly say I hate watching anime or reading manga with sport included but I have just finished the manga 'Punch' and loved it, but luckily it's not overtaken by sport, some humour and romance too it as well

Ippo. One day I'll get around to reading Slam Dunk and Real, since Vagabond was fantastic.

Haven't read many at all..

The only one I remember is Suzuka and I really liked that. Although the sport side is minor.. I want to try out Prince of Tennis someday.

Prince of Tennis (shounen) and Crimson Hero (shoujo). I've noticed that some people have mentioned Hikaru no Go. I don't consider "go" a sport - but if I did, it would definitely be my favorite, even over the other two.

Definitely Area no Kishi, followed by Noririn!

Noririn is definitely something to check out if you like biking.

Out of the ones I've completed already I have to say Slam Dunk.
I liked Eyeshield21 better but it got really really bad in it's last chapters(in my opinion) while Slam Dunk remained consistent in it's quality.Plus it's jokes were hilarious, I have no idea why but Hanamichi is just really funny to me.

Now out of the ones I'm still in the process of reading(Hajime no Ippo, Ashita no Joe) I definetly have to say ANJ.Don't get me wrong, I love Ippo but Joe is my favourite of the two. Though I've only read 8 volumes out of the 20 it has I just adore it, I just got so attached to it's characters it's crazy...And I can't wait to see the meaning behind it's legendary last scene, I have a feeling I'm going to cry.A lot.
