Shiroha and Hairi are tied together and no matter what Umi does they end up meeting and making a child... and Shiroha always die no matter what :( what an emotional episode, who knows what Umi can do at this point, but all of that are some very good twists, this show is getting better and better

Ono it happened, Umi is gone. Hairi and Shiroha still feel her in their heart bruh. Clutch that she reappeared again for a bit but dang, lots of tears around then the real vanishing happened.

Interesting to see the story continuing the next summer and past it instead of restarting. The story really did fast forward though, it was happy for a bit then it really got dramatic quick, sadge. Umi still around seeing Hairi's and Shiroha's close relationship as a canon event and stuck in a loop oh no, and Shiroha is also in that loop too? Umi seems to be planning something, really wonder how the next episodes are gonna go. She really be feeling like the protagonist here.

Never ending plan to watch list...

We got the combination of Clannad, and Little Busters in one short version of series: Summer Pockets. It seems like Umi is Kyousuke in this series and also Umi is the daughter of Okazaki. Man, Key and Maeda Jun (not directly involved in the story writing) did a great job to give us the feel of watching classic heartbreaking show we all have been waiting for. I just hope they can get a better soundtrack for their farewell at the end of the series (eg: ichiban no takaramono from angel beats & Harukakanata from Little Busters). Honestly, i prefer classic graphic more than the new one. Overall, this ep made me cry a tap of water 😭🤚. Better for them to wrap the series with that farewell.

Really good episode.

Very emotional episode for everyone actually. Just everything about it was just sad and heartbreaking, especially at that fireworks scene, damn did it get emotional. It's starting to get really good now, this last arc is going to be a good one.

Definitely one of the harder hitting episodes, though I still believe Shiki's route hits far harder and Shizuka's (Ms. Boobs) is generally a much more brutal route since hers is extremely tense almost the entire route, and grounded in some particularly unsettling themes. Both routes are really good though... Still bummed we wont get to see those routes.

I do wonder how they're going to do the extended route considering Shiki has only appeared silently very briefly (small red hair girl) and not really been introduced in the anime... Guessing its just going to be random lore reference with her helping, unnamed, and anime viewers just gotta accept it as is when it comes probably.

it seems like they're just gonna adapt the pocket route from the original vn.

Key feels...
Not me just crying the whole episode. I will never forgive Key.

This felt like a heartbreaking ending, but there's 4 more episode left.. and hopefully it's a good one where everyone is finally happy.

Episode PERFECT

It may suffer a little bit to the usual problem of too fast rhythm of the anime adaptation, but the content was perfectly retranscribed. The feelings were here, I revived the heartbreaking moment of the time I played the VN. I'm glad they didn't failed it, maybe Shiroha's arc was sacrified for this, but it was worth it.

And it also made me realised why Umi is my favorite character of all time. Everything in her feelings are directly talking to me, really a golden and precious little baby. She deserves eternal happiness.

The story was so beautiful and this episode was deep. Umi got to spend a happy summer with her parents like she wanted. Hairi and Shiroha were so happy together. From falling in love, going on dates, getting married, moving in together, and finally expecting a child... it all felt so wholesome and heartwarming. But life is not perfect.
