The stronger their will, the more power they get, and the stars are more of a measure of their current power, not their theoretical limit. In the case of the Tres Magia, that means the stronger their sense of justice, the more powerful they are. And in Utena's case, her power comes from horniness. The hornier she gets, the more OP she gets. |

| not too big on the whole shonen battle arc this show as taken a turn to and now the girls are dying?? i mean Enorme had it coming she was boringly evil and didn't jam with everyone else on top none of her scenes felt like it was "for Fun " but i thought we were gonna fix her and maybe she just needed a reality check (mostly salty one of the two grown ass ladies are gone now and the only time she got punished was as a kid ) but evil mascot is actually evil , feel like utena won't be a fan of vena killing them just goes against her own motives also why didn't saint depower when she got stuck? was she just playing the part lol seemed like a very easy thing to do in the moment or is it uncontrollable since it did happen after she got KO'd |

| So we get Leopard true form action, Utena completely dominating Enorme in her own style (she out-Utena'd herself on this one) and the first La Verita form tease all in one package. Legendary episode. I don't know what Vena is actually plotting, it's not very clear even in the manga right now but in true modern mahou shoujo fashion, I doubt there'll be anyone who likes Vena by the end of MahoAko. |

Will the gang ends up as actual pure evil as well? hmm... where they'll also end up killing the mahou shoujos, being that evil mascot has no objections to killing all the mahou shoujos to began with, especially with the evil mascot killing their own. . And yea, I expected Utena to become the "Leader"... what with her outfit being the classic top Leader outfit that's literally in like 90% of evil villain leaders... | Fucking amazing episode actually, i'm still kinda shocked with what feels like the final battle has already come and gone but wow was it stellar. Kiwi showing her trump card of having 3 starts to rival the Sister was a great reveal, her final words were also fair game tbh, i could imagine her entire drive to win the fight was fuelled from pure passion after Utena promised head. Utena's fight against Lord Enorme was crazy in a lot of ways. The fight itself was aight, i think for me and most people the part that got us was Utena's power spike. Literally the moment Utena managed to mentally re-imagine Lord Enorme into a "lesser individual" she won the entire fight. Her second phase was fucking great visually and in the deliverance, you kinda clock this far into the show that stars = power for Enormeeta girls, so finally seeing the full second phase of like 8 stars all come out at once and that literally slap the shit out of Lord Enorme was amazing. The close ups to Utena's face was also peak, like pure antagonist energy in her design and appearance, straight evil shit, fucking slay Utena honestly, literally managed to completely dominate and humiliated Lord Enorme and also seemed to be able to drain her stars. Man, even if they still haven't done a lot of world building and explained powers, or gone into depths to Venalita goals, the tonal shift at the end with Venalita final words to Lord Enorme, really painted them as this Aizen Sousuke, master puppeteer behind the scenes, always 20 steps ahead, image into my head which just hypes me up to see how far they'd go with it. |

This episode was quite complicated for a show that usually sticks to simple entertainment and gags.
Interesting to see Leoparde's "furry form" still has the same ability as her military form. I prefer the later though. It's just cooler with guns. Her battle itself was good.
On that note, I'm looking forward to see more of Sister Giganta!
Utena's battle was rushed. I could hardly keep up with what was going on, which did not make for a satisfying fight.Aand even though explanations followed, I still have many questions left hanging. For example how Utena transformed, how she took control of Lords magic, how much influence Venalita had and what exactly Utena's thoughts were in regard to being a Magical Girl.
In it's defense, it seems Lord Enorme was not the endboss.
Finally... Is Lord Enorme actually dead? Or just had her power taken?
Onwards to the final two episodes. Hopefully they make up for the pacing on this one.

They've certainly implied that Enorme killed a lot of magical girls so it's not like she's innocent. Still, I got chills over that. Is Utena okay with Venalita just murdering people? I kind of hope this is a misunderstanding somehow and nobody has actually died in this show much maybe I'm just really sensitive to that stuff. ;o; |
