| Why is everyone talking about season 5? Okay I will too. Some of it was slow but overall I loved it ( unpopular opinion?). Anyway this episode seemed super hype and dove straight into action. I'm an anime only but I already love Mirko. Also I absolutely love her voice. ( good job VA) It's looking like Saturdays will be my favorite day of the week! |
| You could sum up the first episode in two words: Mirko's thighs. Joking, aside from that, fall 2022 has finally started. MHA's first episode was pretty good IMO and hopefully it stays consistent. Not fall off like S5 did. The OST was great though, they'll probably focus a lot on it. |

| My Hero is back with Season 6, I wanna say it’s too soon but I guess it has been a year already lol, but what a great first episode. I was expecting another recap-style episode like usual but throwing us right into the next arc is definitely awesome. Miruko taking the lead in chasing down Kyudai was cool, love seeing her kick around Nomus with those thighs lol, and I love to see that we’re seeing so many heroes in this arc, including ones we haven’t see in a while, like my best wild pussy cat Pixie-Bob lol. And I can’t forget to mention the OP and ED, it’s always a staple of MHA to have bangers and they didn’t disappoint this time either, I love the manga/comic book style visuals for the OP and that song is a jam, and the ED is a bit slower but really nice as well, the slower, more calm EDs of the series are some of my favorites for sure. I guess we’re really going into a new season of MHA, I know Season 5 was a bit mixed but I enjoyed it and I’m excited for this season as well! |
| It feels nice to be back watching My Hero Academia once again. I did catch up with the OVA's over the last few weeks, just like having an appetiser before the main course arrives. =P For once, it's also good to see the first episode go right into the thick of the story rather than starting with a chill episode. Shigaraki's group has become incredibly strong, including Twice, which Hawks was very concerned about. The heroes got into action with no time wasted and while the evacuation of the hospital patients was a success, dealing with the doctor and the Nomus will be a pain. Regardless, Mirko didn't waste time in charging in and she's already kicking Nomu arses already. I can see why there's a growing portion of the fanbase that likes her. XD The OP visuals looked really good, complementing the nice beat of the song with it. The ED's good and chill as well. Overall, this was a pretty good start to the sixth season. I'm expecting plenty of action from this hyped up arc, so I hope Bones is up to the task with their production values for the whole 25 episode run, as this first episode had some good action scenes already. |
| They finally did not make the first episode of a season an anime original, we already off to a great start. There's also no news of any movies, so that's a good sign as well. I hope Bones does this arc justice, well, not just this arc, but everything pretty much lmao. As far as this first episode goes, it was fucking great, let's just hope they keep it up all the way to the end of the season. OP song is ok, but the visuals were great. ED on the other hand was a straight up banger. Horikoshi and us as well are gonna be feasting with all the Mirko action we are going to see. Really looking forward to the next episode. |

| Just like everyone else is saying, this was a damn solid start to the season. We covered roughly 2.5 chapters if I recall correctly, and it was perfect for setting up this conflict and getting into the action quickly. A lot of things already point to this season being handled with more care than Seasons 4 and 5. The OP/ED having great visuals and being thematically fitting, jumping right into the action with no filler episode, new mid-episode eye catchers, a lack of a movie to take away resources, etc. Also liked the handful of original scenes they added to give us a better idea of the scale of the conflict and where everyone is at. Overall, very promising start and I'm excited to see how the rest is handled. |

| New opening is fine, probably the worst until now though. Pacing seems slow, they're doing a lot of flashbacks and then replaying the same scene. Animation is mediocre, but it looks good enough on the fighting scenes. Mirko VS Nomus was short but good. Don't have much expectations for this season. |

| I'm going to assume this first episode will be a filler/re-cap, as that is what they've been doing for multiple seasons now. Surprisingly, I guess not. Looks like they are jumping right into this arc. It seems interesting enough, compared to the past few seasons. It's only the first episode, so it's hard to really gauge. Hopefully this "War" arc ends up being as good as the hype. I liked the ED more than the OP. |

| Nice start for now. But it is just the beginning of such major crazy action. I am glad to avoid all trailers and clips for Season 6. Hope this goes well. |
| good first episode to the season. the beginning was a bit slow but that's expected to set up things, the last few minutes were pretty good and the ending makes it look like we'll be jumping into things pretty quickly |
| Finally Mirko in action in the anime, so good ^^ So hype with this arc, hope it will be as good as the manga but i'm not worry :D |
