| I don't think you have to outgrow anything. But I wonder how people can watch the Pokemon anime as adults. I tried to watch Pokemon XY when I was, I believe, 15 or 16 and I was bored out of my mind. |

| the only thing that i believe anyone should "grow out of" is the idea that any kind of anime "isn't for them". going out of my way to try a lot of different kinds of anime makes me appreciate my favorites even more by giving me a wider perspective of anime as a whole. to be in a constant state of "growing up" is one of always being open to trying new things, to always be changing and becoming a new person. to give up on trying new things and believe you don't need or want to grow anymore is fate much worse than being childish. |
