| Had low expectations but I sure I ended up enjoying this a lot more than I thought. Bit of fiction but sure was Interesting to see daily tasks of the cops, be it goofy or dark, where we see they are also normal people with struggles especially Kawai who got a lot to work on. |

| After not getting the full details of the incident from the victim, Maki found the resolve to ask her and found all that she could about Criminal B. Last time, rookie Kawai's focus on details eye sizes got them a lead on the suspect being Daijiro Yasuda despite her drawing skills. Now what Kawai's learnt on her patrol of Machiyama with Fuji helps her, Maki and Yamada find the black minivan's next target; outside a cram school. Criminal B/Yasuda pulls out a bladed weapon which Maki successfully saves the girl from, literally signed his own arrest warrant with that. Then Yamada leans in to get hit in the face, giving him a reason to arrest driver/Criminal A. Kawai chases after the armed perp empty handed, but it is Minamoto who apprehends him after Kawai struggles to keep up. The girl is grateful to Maki now the two serial rapists have been caught. From the letter scene, I got a hunch she will decide to follow in the footsteps of these female police officers. |
