Personalities are about the preferred way of doing something. MBTI is based on spectrums. What are you talking about? Each of the four letters represents a side of a spectrum. Your MBTI is four letters. |

| INTP I've taken multiple tests online over a span of 5 years and I always get the same results. The description on 16personalities also describes my thought process accurately to an eerie degree. However it may just be a result of the Barnum effect and confirmation bias. What I mean by this is that the results of the test don't necessarily reflect who you are but only how you perceive or would like to perceive yourself. I believe the popularity of MBTI is due to it being a sort of pandora's box which seduces people with the illusion (or is it?) of gaining insight into other people's personalities as well as the image of their own ideal self. |
