I meant that you talk about an anime being unrealistic as a bad thing, although animation shows aren't supposed to be the perfect reflections of reality. As for the "superb voice acting", it's just terrible, almost as if the seiyuus only read the manuscript at the scene. Now this is what superb voice acting is. Call me a pleb some more please. Kamille's seiyuu sounds like he has no idea what the actual hell is going on. He made me crack up a bunch of times haha. |

| Zeta was made in 1985, it has very good visuals for an anime that is so old. And I disagree on Kamille's seiyuu, he did a great job at sounding like an angsty teenager with lots of mental issues which is exactly what Kamille is. |

| What I enjoyed of Clannad was the slow paced slice of life styled narrative. The characters were well developed. It really reminded me of Hirokazu Koreeda his works in cinema and he's my favorite director, so Clannad actomatically rubbed me in the right ways. |

I didn't like Clannad personally, but I think After Story is a brilliantly written anime. If anything, AS is underrated considering Basketball Blah v3.0 is beating it atm :P Edit: Wait, neither Clannad nor After Story are even on your list... what is this foolery?! |

Some people don't like the art style, I personally did. The art gives it personality, gives it something different. Art of its time may have been an influence, but it was honestly really good for me. I love art and love seeing different styles that bring out that artists artwork. No two artist has the exact same technique or style and that's what I love about anime art. I agree with you :) |

| I love Clannad. I can see why would one would think that its overrated, but in comparison to other romance anime, it's amazing. It has nice visuals and a complete story. It doesn't just end at a loss, or the main characters becoming a couple. It follows them through adulthood, with marriage and a child. What makes Clannad so great is that in comparison to other anime of the same genre, it's a masterpiece |
