| Its nice seeing Rokuro and Benio worry about Sae Because to them Sae is like a daughter to them now and they have been through a lot Damm thats a huge Dragon spot makes what they been dealing with small fry compared to this hmm a ritual to close the spots and restore the branch using the 12 guardians its so admirable of them to protect Sae by putting themselves in danger to protect the members of the 12 that are doing the ritual Sae is family to them after all and sacrificing her is a no go I also really like this side of Subaru's character and the bad news keeps piling up now with Arima's supposed death hmm despite this being Kyoto and the home territory of the exorcists its exorcists are trained to fight this many kagere they will need support from the other branches at least Its nice seeing that Benio and Rokuro struggle with the decision of whether to use Sae or not. Sae is not an inanimate object and is a human girl that they been together with and bonded with. Its not easy to give that up. seeing the 12 guardians in action though this episode really is something and that scene where they are gearing up for the ritual the tension there and the music was well done The ritual as well the animation for that was also pretty good as was the defense of the guardians that were responsible for it The determination of Benio and Rokuro though to protect Sae is really admirable hmm so the ritual didn't work then eh damn and now the 12 are trapped within that barrier that speech that Rokuro gave was good though protecting Kyoto, its people , the 12 guardians and Sae now that was a good one Too bad that it didn't work though So Sae decided to go back to the tree in order to save everyone by sacrificing herself damn thats so sad watching Benio and Rokuro see Sae return though really puts a tear to my eye as well never mind theirs Sae was just such a great character and was just so cute and positive seeing her go like that was really sad Damm the present that Sae left for Benio and Rokuro really put a tear to my eye after crying so much when she was vanishing Sae was just such a great character and her seuyuu really did a fantastic job she makes everyone smile including me she's one character that i will miss a lot on here A fantastic episode and a fitting but sad end to the story arc. Wish that Sae didn't have to go but the words that she said before she did really hit the heart. The last scene with her drawing was amazing and hearwarming as well. |

| Everything in this episode was so previsible, Rokuro and Benio doesn't want Sae to go back ? Obviously she's going to The ritual ? It obviously ain't gonna work Resonance ? That ain't gonna work either It's not because it was a filler-arc that it was not sad It's because everything was so predictable |

| great episode i gotta say . but went kinda obvious with the sacrifice with sae.. really did feel sad for it, (really liked sae ´, SOOO adorable :3) gotta protect that smile ..^^..fuck that book tho. i fucking crying as much as they did almost ;_; 20 more episodes left.. what can happen? |

| Ya like most people said already, it was blatantly obvious that Sae was gonna get sacrificed. However, despite knowing that, it was still pretty emotional.. ngl I almost shed a tear. Idk why man, like ever since Sae showed up, it was very predictable that her presence would only be temporary, but whyy did I still feel so moved... Well I'm glad that in the end, she finally called Benio "mama". I doubt Arima's dead tho. The way he supposedly "die" basically just screamed that he would get the last laugh. His aide is definitely evil tho. He's probably the one who broke the branch tbh. |

To me, Benio and Rokuro demonstrated how truly selfish they are with wanting to keep Sae at all costs, not thinking about the consequences of the Dragon Spot taking over. They mentioned how they didn't want to "sacrifice" her, but really, wasn't she just returning to where she came from? Plus that emotional moment at the end was totally ruined when Benio brought up the ohagi. For the millionth time. |

| Damn, it hit me hard on the pictures part... Benio finally became "Mama"! When you know something is gonna happen but it still hits, that's just called good execution from the director, also happened in Major S1 as well.. |
 In most cases, the MAL Average Scores don't mean anything, here is a question: were the works made before 2000 all shit? Why are they so damn scarce in the Top 50? Think about how MAL is quite literally a filtered amount of the Anime fanbase. Here's a timeline of the Top 15 in which you can check that, almost always, the scores are affected by the freshness, popularity and other factors that have nothing to do with quality. |
| RIP Sae, there goes the Loli. The exorcists are just not strong enough to fix the problem themselves. Especially with the Head Guardian eliminated/ trapped, they didn't have enough power to replace the Tree's power. Which is actually quite interesting, as the "strongest exorcist in history" is suppose to be stronger than the Tree and the one that created the Tree... Meaning the "the current strongest" is nowhere near the power of the actual strongest, the current strongest is like 10% of the actual strongest, LOL. . And the whole effort to close the Dragon Spot, the Dragon Spot was just a distraction... The Sky is fake and the REAL Dragon Spot was hiding behind it and it reversed the energy and trapped the guardians instead. . Hmm... you think Sae would return... but I am not so sure, if anything, it feels like Sae would somehow reincarnate into Rokuro and Benio's "Legendary child" LOL (with or without memories...) |
