What I remember from the plot is something like:
-girl comes from different world (somekind of "demon-world", where she is in line to become the next devil ruler or something but has to fight the other "factions?" for it)
-boy meets girl, helps her out, they form a contract type thing maybe... not sure
there was some fighting involved in the normal world, but later the girl takes the boy with him to the "demon-land" to help her out more.

Hey guys, sorry if I'm doing this wrong as I'm fairly new to all of this... But, there's this awesome anime associated with a magic fight clip that I saw on YouTube a few years ago. Only, I can't remember what it is or what year it was suppose to come out. Thankfully, the one scene that they showed I still remember as it was so cool to watch... So there's these two magician's talking inside what appears to be an abandoned museum at night. One I think is wearing a top hat, but I definitely know that he had a cane. The other, is has a furry jacket and is wearing sunglasses.

For whatever reason, they both are about to fight but before they do... They engage in some friendly banter about why each thinks that they are the better mage of the two.

I think the guy with a cane is a veteran, while the guy wearing sunglasses is still just a beginner. Anyways, they both start fighting with awesome magic being cast between the two all while simultaneously continuing their conversation regarding which is the better of the two.

Eventually, the one with the cane decides to end the battle and he does it in a rather catchy way. He casts a spell on the guy with the jacket that causes his sunglasses to explode or something along that nature. Followed by a taunt towards him in a way that's also scolding him for trying to be cool by wearing sunglasses at night.

At that point, this angers the guy with the jacket and he tries to fight back regardless of what just happened. And then, the magician with the cane finishes him off.

Was any of this helpful? That's about all I know of the show, but I can't seem to find it or anything close to it. I hope you guys can help and thanks for reading through all this. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

What I can recall is that the main character is a blonde male with a sword while he has a friend which is also male and has a red and blue dragon on his shoulders. There's also two female characters: one is an short hair elf(I guess) and the other one like a mage-ish and always argue or quarrel with the MC's friend...
