I like the background. Overall, it looks alright but I think you should change the colour of the "About Me" to white.

Wow! I love your style! Looks like a professional illustration. :D Using a colorless blender for colored pencils (especially prisma) can help with smoothing out the "bumps". ^^ Colored pencils usually require lots and lots of blending to get that "flawless" look. But I def love how your digital coloring turned out. Vibrant but not overbearing.

Well, first of all the .Gif really ruins the colour to start off with, try it in another format. As for the colours themselves, I think you need to limit the number of different coloured fonts you have. I'm really not a fan of having fonts in for example red with a different color outline, usually a different shade of the same colour will look better, well atleast to me. Oh, and change the font/colour of the title of the club, that really stands out as something that needs to be changed IMO.

Just my thoughts on it

Haven't drawn in over a decade and for some reason wanted to draw something all of a sudden.. Been working on it for a few weeks now, although it originally had a body.. lets just be glad I left that part off it on the 2nd go.. It's no one in particular if anyone is wondering.

The hairclip should have a hole torn through it I erased so much...
