| It's amusing how the scene shifted from a warm, charming interaction between Nezuko, Tanjior and Tokito, only to be abruptly interrupted by a fucking uppermoon demon crawling his sorry ass into the room moments before blowing it into smithereens. | I understand that Tanjirou was allowed into the village of blacksmiths because he is a promising hunter, but Nezuko is... she is a demon! even if she is kind and Michael Jackson's blood flows in her, demons are probably able to track her! It's kind of oversaturated, just from one final boss to another. One might think Tanjirou is already fighting only with upper moons. It is necessary to dilute all this with chapters with private tragedies brought by lesser demons, like with that demon in the first season who kidnapped girls, and after all, they are the ones who pose the greatest threat to people. The action is beautiful, but there is too much of it. I want him to come to the village to communicate with the locals and look for the demon ala the witcher. And then it would be nice to see an episode where he slices them beautifully. Not to remove the moons completely, but to make you feel the life of a hunter and not only heroic achievements and conquests. |

| I kind of miss the days when demons would simply die when their heads got cut off. It's never that easy with upper ranks, but this time it seems even more difficult than with the upper 6. As cold as it was, Tokito's logic isn't wrong but I'm guessing the kid will end up being important somehow which will connect to Tanjiro's words about helping others will help yourself. |
