| What the heck is Mami's problem? I think she's a sadist. 2:42 Kinda feel bad for Ruka. She almost won. But I think it happened for the best since it'll be just a half-baked relationship. 17:49 He took the words right out of my mouth! 22:06 He finally said it, and then he immediately f*cks it up! But at least he still managed to get his point across. This show is good! I thought it would suck because of the discussion and ratings. Kazuya is a likable kind of annoying. I've had plenty of experience with his type of character since Ranma times, so it's nothing new for me. I also like how hellbent he is on Chizuru after he realizes his feelings for her. Chizuru is top tier waifu! She's pretty much the reason I enjoyed the show overall. 8/10 |
| I was gonna say what a great ending with him finally saying it!!! But then he took it back 😅 “as a rental girlfriend” c’mon just own it!! Bit frustrating. Ah well. They’ll end up together eventually we all know it. Also poor Ruka-chan, she’s too good for the MC! She’s only gonna get hurt :( |

| All that just for him not to confess and continue the cycle of lies. Really thought this anime was getting somewhere. On to season 2, not that I'm expecting it to get better. |

| Sitting through all the cringe and lies, I do see some sparkle of hope in our pathethic mc Kazuya like how he saved Chizuru from drowning and cheered up his friend Kuri. |

| Bruh this show should've ended when Ruka showed up. And I just noticed there are two more seasons already. She literally solved all the problems the plot was presenting. |
| Another confession that will lead to an unbearable wait for the real deal. It would've really nice if he just said that he really meant it. On another note, I read from the replies that "MC is just living the life of your dreams"; they must've been talking about themselves, such irony. 1st girl who dumped MC = Yandere and still confused about her feelings. 2nd girl, Mizuru, definitely best pick. 3rd girl: definitely a stalker type. 4th girl: definitely my type. P.S. When will I get to see the ideal ending?! 😑 |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
