| It was only ever going to be an anticlimax since it was never going to be a true ending. However, saying that I couldn't help but feel nostalgic after following Bleach for 6 years now. I still think the Soul Society arc is one of the greatest arcs in anime history, it's just a shame that it went downhill somewhat after that amazing early promise. I'm going to give the anime 8.5/10 overall (completely ignoring fillers). |

| You can say all you want about fillers or things you don't like in this anime, yet for me Bleach is one of Greatest anime that i watched. It won't end like this there will be for sure last part of manga animed yet the decision to do a break is at least by my Good one as Fillers again is not a good option. |
| This entire arc, including the last episode just seem to be leading up to something else, whether it be a final season or movie to really end Bleach. Why else would they bother to introduce some boring, underdeveloped characters just so he could regain his powers? If they truly wanted to end the series, ending it on the Aizen arc, and keeping the manga ending for that arc, would have made more sense. Oh well, whatever they have planned I hope they take the time to do it well. This series kept me entertained on my boring Tuesdays, but I think I would have preferred it if they had actually broken it up into seasons instead of one continuous diahrea of episodes split into story arcs. A little break for the fans and the creative team would probably have done a world of good for improving the quality of the series... 7/10 |

| It's been a long run. I've watched it for 5 years, and dropped it many times. But I gotta say that knowing that its over does sadden me a bit, they could've animated the Hell Arc as well. |
| Well ... The last episode, I still dont want to believe it. The ep was amazing and the didnt screw up anythign, the final was just perfect but Ichigo just had to say "See you again"... I never expected Bleach to end and i didnt want this to happen, and lets hope it will be just a break for 1-2 years or less and we will see Bleach animated again. I hope this happens. It was great to see all the captains after so much time. And the most important one of my favs (Riruka) is alive which i dint expect at all ... Anyway this anime will always be one of the best, I still wonder if I shuold start the manga ( from the start of the new amd last arc). I already miss Bleach so... 10/10 for Bleach 5/5 for the episode |

There's some MASSIVE stuff coming on, so its only sensible they do not want to waste the budget on fillers and instead have more expensive but shorter and accurate adaptation of the final war. tokex420 said: So quick question, at the end of the episode when he goes back to world of the living and his friends see him, he is still in that shinigami form so how do they see him? aren't they not supposed to see that Or am I missing something? They agreed because ichigo has done so much for the Soul Society that they are indebted to him. They were of course happy because he's on their side no matter what they put him through. Remember they were spying on ichigo with the combat pass because of what happened with Ginjo. Yea they assumed ichigo was going to do something else with his powers but what else could he have done. There is quite a lot of captains don't think they'll need that many lol. Ichigo is fine where he is. |

Ukitake basically lied when he explained the Substitute Badge to Ichigo. The badge was there to cap Ichigo's spiritual pressure but it's main function was to spy on Ichigo because they didn't trust a human running around with the power of a Shinigami. Basically they were using the badge to keep tabs on Ichigo and control him to a certain extent. If Bleach had ended with Aizen's defeat I still wouldn't have liked the show but at least I could have respected it. This is a story that was good for a very short period of time and then it became a tedious chore to watch. On another note it's a shame the show is already coming back. The current arc in the manga sucks even if it's marginally better than Fullbring bullshit. Kubo seem to have no shame when it comes to Bleach but I guess if I had a cash cow like this I'd milk it to by pulling shit out of my ass. Bleach has already lost so much of it's popularity plummeting out of the big three but even at number 8 I guess it still has enough juice to make a viable anime. Sad really eventually Kubo is going to have no fans left unless he ends the story soon. I know this is supposed to be the final major arc but look how long the Aizen story arc lasted. Bleach could still be going for years. |

| Slowpoke-ing my way through things and figured I should watch the last few of Bleach. Man, I stopped watching regularly after the Aizen arc. I read the manga so I knew about the what was going on but it just irked me too much to watch an episode a week. It was so stretched out and nothing seemed to happen in an episode. I loved the soul society arc so much, hell, I remember grabbing fresh Bleach from the datebayo site at Uni back in what 2004 or 2005? Cant remember but it was like an introduction for me (hah, yup, the big three are gateway anime, but without them, I wouldn't be where I am today). Before this I'd only really seen films like GitS, Akira and some Miyazaki stuff. But watching these last few episodes in a run has been nice. Sort of a cathartic closure of sorts. My tastes in anime have definitely changed from when I started with this, Naruto and FMA. Ha, if I tried to show that version of me Clannad or Strike Witches I think he'd have been put off. In fact, if I chatted to my 2005 self online I'd probably have some very curt words for him! Haha! Still, for me, Bleach is that promising child that studies well, is bright and charming, then goes off to med school and gets addicted to crack and mushes his own brain. You still kinda love him but being seen in public is embarrassing and you wish he wouldn't shit all over the living room and rub it into the walls. |

| I couldn't stop squealing during this episode. The Fullbring arc on a whole was pretty impressive (minus the annoying fullbringer characters) the way it morphed into like a horror/suspense show at the beginning was a nice break from the tedious Hueco Mundo/ Aizen arc. I'm so ridiculously happy that even though three of the previous captains are gone (Gin T-T) , their spots have been filled by the original captains and therefore friends of the current captains. They've been through a lot together too and I'm glad that Hisagi gets to have Kensai as his new captain. Sucks for Kira having to put up it Love though. Lol. And Shinji for Momo... how does that work out, hmmm. I wish Riruka had stayed though, her and Tsukishima were the only fullbringers I actually liked. Tsukishima (yay, he's alive? It was actually sweet to see that Ginjo was that person he would die for considering that epi with Ikkaku against Shishigawara and the question of would he die for came up.) Though I loved the way Byakuya kicked his arse. Glad Ichigo has the support of so many people, and doesn't have to hide his next life from the ones he cares for. Lol even Yuzu now knows, aww This last epi did a great job summing everything up and I'm left with the question -do I continue it in the manga? Or was the anime ending good enough?- |

| Finally finished Bleach? That's an odd idea I didn't think it be confronting for quite a while. As much as the filler, at times - for me that last filler arc was good and the shinigami sword fiend was really good - did detract from the anime, I still enjoyed watching Bleach. Really glad I picked this up as it does have some great characters and plots. Not the best anime I've ever seen but something I've enjoyed, will re-watch parts and anticipating the last section being animated, whenever that is. |

| Ah.. so this is it. I never imagined the day I would put Bleach on "Completed". I truly loved Bleach and am satisfied with the way they ended the anime. Beautiful execution, and a satisfying closure. I found the screen getting "blurry" a few times this episode. Ichigo and Rukia's casual goodbye was a nice touch. Everyone in the living world and SS are back to their everyday lives. Kensei, Shinji and Rose fill up the captain spots. Ichigo gives Ginjo a proper burial and Riruka, Jackie and PSP guy are alive. (Riruka's final words looked like a suicide to me, I was so scared!) Bleach gets a well-deserved 8.5 from me, though if I would rate the enjoyment factor alone I'd give it a biased 10 since it has made my top 5 favourite anime of all time and is staying there. Now..... OFF TO THE MANGA! (damn straight, Bleach still has a few more years left ^^) |

| One does not simply kick Bleach out of big 3 with or without a reason whatsoever. Lets wait for manga to end and be animated. |

| In the end this was definitely worth it. This episode bumped my score up to a solid 8/10. (All those fillers; I would've liked to give this a 10) I was hesitant when starting these last 20 some episodes since I was skeptical about where they could possibly take the series now that Ichigo had lost his powers, but this arc was definitely a pleasant surprise. Despite the rocky beginnings, the twists at the end and this final episode definitely helped my feelings towards the show. Call it sentimental, but I can honestly say that I'm a little sad that Bleach has come to an end (though it seems that they plan on animating the final(?) arc in another season/OVA). I've been wishing that it would finally end for years, but it's so weird now that it finally has. |

| A wonderful way to wrap it up. I would usually give it 8/10 because half of the filler episodes weren't to my liking, but since I would literally get excited at the end of a long day to watch my man Ichigo duke it out, I'm going to give it a 9/10. Spent the last six years of my life watching this show and I don't regret it. |
