| Most of my friends are into it (probably due to my choice of friends, but that's not the case). Well, to say that they have always been into it is not the case. But, by being MY friend, you have no choice but to hear me talk about it... and I've convereted a few people, forcing them to try a show or two and as soon as their hooked (may take a few genres to get there), they'll grown and develop into one that loves anime =P Worked for a few of my friends haha |

| Some three people if I recall right. It's mainly because anime/manga is not very popular in our country. Other friends of mine are into being stupid (drinking, smoking). Sad. |
| Counting the people I know at my local Anime club, probably well over two dozen. If it's just close friends rather than acquaintances, the number goes down to probably 4 or 5 lol. It doesn't bother me really. I have other hobbies I can talk about with my other friends. |

| Practically all of my friends read Manga, but only a handful of them watches Anime. The reason, I believe, is simply because fansubs tend to be in English and a lot of my friends just can't understand it well enough to enjoy it. That, and they just generally like to read stuff. So, well, to answer the question: About 27% of my friends. ... Oh and yes, I did just completely pull that percentage out of thin air, since I'm too lazy to calculate the actual number. |

| From my "abridged" group of friends, almost everyone watches the "basic" stuff, plus those that are on TV. I also have some quite otaku aknowledgements, but that's part of being in the business. xD Then I have two friends that watch any dvd I handle them if I say "here. Hot sexy vampires." Another friend watched probably all school drama anime made on Earth. She makes me watch them. Finally, a last friend watches almost as much as me and we usually trade DVDs. |
