| When AnoHana ended, I remember thinking that was probably the best way to do it. Nothing sugarcoated, and nothing too over-the-top depressing like some other shows I could name. |

| Heroic Age Blue Gender Clannad AS - I like a happy ending I know there are more but those just came to mind. Anything thats left open to interpitation I'm not a fan of because it doesnt feel like the end of anything. Usually I'm left w/ a WTF momunt and googleing for an explanation or to see if it continues in the manga so I can finish it that way. Also killing off the main characters I find annoying, Aquarion, Code Geass, etc, etc. Especially when they have a romance theme in it and it's never concluded in any way lol. It's almost like why bother if your not even going to resolve it by the end? Again Aquarion, Code Geass, etc. Ok, some people will say Aquarion was resolved but a kiss before you die doesn't really do much for me. It's more depressing that they would declare thier love, promise to be together if it takes another 10,000 years then off he goes to die. |
