All gals who are itching to share their thoughts (naughty or otherwise) about... well, guys (lol), are welcome. And let me know if you have issues with ships and yaoi references in fanart (nothing worse than being forced to stomach pairings if that's not your thing) and I'll make sure to flag them in the future. | God, I love seeing Chelle get all excited about a show! Yup, Kekkai Sensen is sharing the top of my list for spring with the next season of AoD. I am particularly stoked about the seiyuu. More Nakai is always great (I usually start to squeal the moment I hear his voice) but I'm really excited about Miyamoto Mitsuru. I absolutely loved him in Saiyuuki. And speaking of seiyuu, have you gals ever heard this? Koyasu Takehito counting sheep! I've got it as an mp3 and I listen to it to help me fall asleep on airplanes. Works like a charm! Well, I'm just being selfish here. Fanart is so much more enjoyable when you're familiar with the shows and I have to admit that when it comes to YowaPedal, most of my favorite characters make their debut during the Inter-High so I don't have a lot of Sōhoku illustrations (apart from Naruko *grin*). | I dropped Donten after 2 or 3 episodes when it was streaming. It just felt kinda meh for lack of a better word but thinking about it now, I really struggled with that season anyway. I almost dropped YowaPeda, I was getting frustrated with AoD, and apart from Mushi-shi, nothing seemed to strike a chord (I only finished 2 of the 13 shows I started). Maybe it was just me? | Well I started watching Akatsuki again and I ended up marathoning it all weekend. I just couldn't stop. Chelle now I'm with you really hoping they will make a second season, they just have to! Just when I had recovered somewhat from the finale you bring back the feels with a pain in my chest... Levi from AoT has been #1 Husbando since 2013 but I feel like Hak has replaced him. I need a season 2! @Grif - I don't mind the whole pairing thing, to be honest I don't ship characters (mainly out f laziness) though there are some that are too obvious to ignore like Shin -chanxTakao. I'm supporting YunaxHak but I suppose if there is one couple I obsess over is Akane x Kougami from Psycho Pass. Mainly because Kougami needs a little love in his life :) |

It's really funny how it started off about the girl who meets Ryoma and by the end you barely see her around. There isn't a team that isn't awesome and the moves and plays just get more and more outlandish. Have you seen Tezuka kill the dinosaurs yet? That was always my favorite! To Celebrate here! | I’m really not a fan of that pairing but I love the style of the AMV. TeniPuri is cool, and I can definitely see now how much of an influence it had on the genre (and the fangirls!). I picked up a couple more ships along the way (nothing too extravagant though) and sent Sengoku, Ootori and Yuuta straight to my harem. Tezuka’s dinosaur extinction-inducing move is indeed in the Two Samurai movie. The hubby actually looked over at my screen at that moment and asked me what the heck I was watching. You should have seen his face when I said it was just a tennis match LOL! Tezuka’s the biggest badass of the bunch anyway. I swear the guy was born to be a yakuza (just slick back his hair and put him in a dark suit and he’s good to go). Oh, and speaking of yakuza, can I share my latest obsession? And you gals heard about AoD coming out on Mondays now? Shuuuuuuuucks! No more cozy Sunday mornings with my boys. |

| Not to worry, I will keep the fanart coming! So I’m more or less done with my batch of first episodes for the new season and I’m pretty happy so far: Arslan Senki feels like it’s going to be all manners of awesome. I am so ready for an epic adventure/fantasy/historical series with some coming-of-age mixed in and I’m a huge Arakawa fan anyway. Also, the ED sent all my fangirl sensors buzzing. A pack of gorgeous guys traveling together? Yes please!!! Kekkai Sensei is like the bastard child of Hellboy and Baccano! I love the vibe (everything from the art to the music to the shounen tongue-in-cheek attack names) and you can tell the seiyuu are having a total blast with it. I’m kinda confused about what’s going on but I don’t really mind. The first episode of Ore Monogatari!! proved one thing: I have been swallowed by the dark side. I wasn’t even halfway through and I was already shipping the two MCs! *desperately looks for a hole to hide into* That being said, and despite the fact that I really enjoyed that first episode, the Chihayafuru look is going to be one heck of a hurdle to get over. UtaPri hasn’t changed one bit and as soon as those boys remember that hips are made to be shaken and butts are made to be slapped, we’ll be gold! Seriously, what’s up with the PG-13 downgrade? And although I’m sure I’m the only one watching it, the latest installment from the Saint Seiya franchise is going to make me very very happy. |
| I've been wanting to watch Arslan but I've been hesitant. I had LOVED the art of the original ova that I am trying to come to terms with the new art. I JUST got Kekkai downloaded I will be watchin that soon. Ore Monogatri!! Was too much fun!! I know what you mean about the Chihayafuru look though! Utapri... I am LOVING it but the second episode for some reason I had a hard time finishing it. I found my attention wandering. Not so much with KnB I am actually enjoying the Teiko arc.... even if Aomine is breaking my heart. Speaking of KnB... Something I had downloaded off of Google play. I know you can get it for Samsung not sure about Iphone but I can imagine it's probably there.  I just looked up Kuroko no Basket and it was there. It's so addicting and fun. You start off with Kuroko and you can unlock more people. You also as you run, can run into different people and they can help you. My favorite is little Takao that throws you up into the bonus rounds. You also get this power up that has someone run with you for Kuroko it was Kagami for Kagami it was Kuroko...but what made me fall in love with it was for Kise it was Kasamatsu. I squealed at it. That's all I've unlocked so far though...just wanted to share. I have had a couple of new shows that really has stood out. Seraph of the End has gotten me really hooked. Show by Rock!! Is strange... VERY strange...one of the strangest animes I've seen.. but..SO much fun. |

| Well, Harvest Moon is an old Nintendo title going back years and years. They have Harvest Moon games going all the back back to the Game Boy. As far as some of the other otome that she's played, I'm not sure how she finds them. Now, you can get the Dandelion - Wishes Brought to You otome game here. They also do another one I haven't tried yet called Nameless. If you have a Steam account, you can also find these two games there, as well as other dating sims. (Backstage Pass was quite enjoyable.) Here's the English sub OP for the Dandelion - Wishes Brought to You game. Well... back to my farm *heheh*. I'll try and post some of those pics later in the week, maybe? | I’m staying away from games of any kind! Anime and manga is enough of a time drain… I would never get anything done. Hopefully, this should help alleviate some of our AoD withdrawal symptoms: I am completely smitten with Kekkai Sensen. Seriously, I love everything about this show and it couldn’t have come at a better time. After Tokyo Ghoul, Death Parade and AoD breaking my heart week after week for most of the past season, I’ve been in need of a joy ride. And as if forgetting how to use their hips wasn’t bad enough, it appears our UtaPri boys have also lost their nipples! Boo. |

I don't know if it's my mind set isn't right but something just seems off about it. Like it feels forced? I will keep watching I just hope I can move past that Donten Ni Warau- MAJOR spoilers up to episode 9 [spoiler] I just finished episode 9 and all a flustered. So now not only is Tenka dead, but Shirasu is the enemy! Argh why did you make me finish this.... and if this isn't bad enough Soramaru is the actual Orochi!? To be honest though I AM gad I am finishing this, the story is just way too good and the fact that it does bother me so much is a testament to how good the characters are. The brothers, Sousei, just well all of them..even the bad guys. |
