It's like the most part of the shounen's MC. They will always act like idiots, but in some serious fights when they have to protect someone they care, they will get serious and more "mature".

Another great episode.

It's my opinion that the show itself started to get better ever since the Mushibugyou character herself was introduced. We've been getting good battles, plot and development in characters. I really feel she ought to have a main character status. The anime itself is called Mushibugyou. If she wasn't part of the show at all then the story would be completely different. So really, she should be classed as main. That's just how I personally feel though.^^

It seems that Jinbei still doesn't recognise who the Mushibugyou really is. If you look at it one way, it just goes to show that Jinbei is a classic shounen character. =D Personally though I see Jinbei more naive then stupid. He could have found out on that bug island who the Mushibugyou really was but he was too enthusiastic to listen to her revealing her true identity. In the end she decided to just go with it and not reveal who she is. He was unconscious at times when her identity became apparent. I.E., when the hunters attacked or when he was sleeping on her lap. =)

So really, he still sees her as a 'servant' because from his point of view, she never told him otherwise. =D He'll probably find out when the season finishes.

As ever the Mushibugyou's blush was simply cute.^^'

I think she would make a good couple with Jinbei. Then again, I think Jinbei makes a good couple with Oharu and Hibachi. XD!

Mushibugyou is the reason why I enjoy Mondays.

I'll second that one.

I noticed the last episode everyone compared Jinbei's mom to Oharu (probably because of the big boobs); however, the similarity ends there. Jinbei's mom was strong and could handle her own business, unlike Oharu who constantly needs saving.

So the insect boss blames them for breaking their promise, but it was his subordinate who broke the promise first by killing his guards which actually made it impossible for him to keep his promise. What a retarded logic and the shogun doesn't even see that?

These "insect men" are all historical warriors. I wonder why and how they became insects.

That was a cute moment between Jinbei and the Magistrate.

No Hibachi this ep. I'm a bit sad, but the Magistrate's fanservice scene is a nice consolation.
