Baccano And if you remember i said in my previews episode post that that girl with the red eyes reminded me of Jigoku Shoujo. Well it looks like it was made like that because the makers are fans of Jigoku Shoujo judging by this. And this girl maybe a little reference to Haruhi although she seems a lot hotter.  Anyway. I was expecting that those guys would be dollars since it made perfect sense.All the talking about dollars when they where around the way they looked and staff. I wonder what exactly are all those experiments for. Is it to reatach other heads to bodys? Maybe Celty's head is on that girl with the scar and her head is on that jar. Celty watching Aliens after her reaction to them in the last episode was an epic moment. Now we know from where she got her fear. From X-files! The Truth is out there!Hahahaha! I thought those Ganguro girls where Japanese. What where they doing in that place with the illegal foreigners? |

| Nice episode ^^ There are so many self-intro,group-intro, association-intro and so on....I beginning to wonder if the main character of this anime is Ikebukuro's incident itself.Hope the story start soon, or maybe it has been started? The human experiment thingy is very interesting .Hope the story expand from there ^^ from last episode,they say every event is connected.....Masaomi has quit from the "dollar" and now i wonder can the story progress any further than that??I thing its up to the director the weave the story to its best ^^ Theres a girl (Mikajima Saki) that has scar on her neck.....I wonder it has anything do with the human experiment.Are they trying to create another Selty?? ^^jkjk |

| As a fan of Erika & Walker, this is easily my favorite episode so far. Not only did it explain a bit about the human traffic-ing business the gangs have been doing, but there are great moments from Selty & "IIIIIZZZAAAAAAAAYYYYYYAAAAAAAA" as well. As for the Togusa-Erika-Walker-Dotachin crew, they were easily had the best parts of the episode, from trying to use methods of torture from several manga (Dokuro Chan ftw) and Togusa's idol worship, to the Erika-Walker duo teasing Dotachin about the "heroic" monologue he did and the slo-mo celebration set to Andrea Bocelli-esque music upon finding their friend's location. |

| I just read chapter 7 before watching episode 6 and I was thinking when they were going to tell us that they are the Dollars. I was very WAIT SO FAST? but I guess 24 episodes isn't enough or something. The music was made of epicness and the fact that it had some Izaya and Shizuo too made it more epic.What I didn't like is that it didn't actually show how they tortured him as they have shown in manga.[and in the last chapter there was no Ladies versus Butlers if I remember well.But meh] OH,and another thing. When it shows that one of them enters the password, is it Baccano by any chance? |

If you go frame by frame obvious becomes obvious. It was nice to see some Dollars-related plot revealed, but I'm so gonna be more interested in what's next to come. As in, shizuo and probably izaya character development. Also, it was surprising how they rushed things up at middle of ep, with confirmation how selty is hawt and seiji's corelation to medical facility. Quite major plot developments in about 2sec. | God I fucking love this show. I don't usually rate anime on the first few episodes but man I'm gonna have to put this at a 9 for now. It has a high chance of becoming the next 10 on my list. Finally some much needed exposition on the Dollars. The Pucchini parody scene was just priceless. This show definitely has a great mix of drama and comedy going for it. More questions get raised and hopefully they'll answer every single one of them by the time the series ends. |
