| I knew it, at some point Hizuru was going to permanently die in that situation! I'm still thinking about that necklace glowing out in Haine's perspective, I wonder if Shinpei is going to manage to talk it out with Haine. Shide is really unpredictable in my perspective. |

| What a sad episode due to losing Hizuru :( At least Mio and Tokiko were saved with probably the last loop and Shinpei's promise was to take care of Mio after Ushio died. Speaking of Ushio, looks like her presence is still around as Shinpei's pocket with Ushio's necklace glowed from Haine's perspective, which is most likely the same reason Shinpei didn't get killed last time in the forest after the previous loop. |

| Shinpei's got a lot riding on him after this one. Rip Nagumo you were a real one. This show has been such a trip. Im excited but sad to see it end. Really hoping Ushio makes a come back. |

| They really took best girl Hizuru away from us, but looking back it was spelled out to us, she raised her own death flag before she went off on her own and Shinpei blatantly said “we can still save everybody”, alas he could not lol, but man what a shame, she was my favorite 100% and now I won’t see her be badass anymore, but she was a badass until the end. Very emotional without a doubt, I’ll miss that beautiful babe for sure, I doubt there’s any way for her to come back, that really felt like a final goodbye, and while I hate that it happened it was an excellent moment. And a big plot development revealed by Hizuru before she passed, that Shide is the actual final boss, and is just using Haine for his own goals, which makes sense considering Shide seems a lot more powerful and definitely has more of a final boss vibe, this has me very excited for the final stretch, thanks to Hizuru for that important info before she went to the great beyond. And lastly I’m really liking Shadow Mio’s involvement, I feel like there’s gonna be a big dilemma at some point regarding her and the actual Mio but for now I’ll enjoy the double Mio goodness lol. And one last RIP to my girl Hizuru |

| Dat title, we doing Eva now? It's somewhat odd that Shide is hollowed out? Like, they showed Karikiri being wrapped in shadows like a suit. So, where does his body go? How does he move, with his personality and thoughts, if he isn't in there controlling it? Then they turn around and show the shadows receding from his face like taking off a mask. Like... alright dude, pick a lane. Can't believe they killed off best girl. Now I gotta sit through 5 more episodes without her? I feel so cheated when I was told this show was "so good." And, my main problem has always been that every twist just isn't hitting home. Like, I guess, objectively, it's sad, but I definitely don't feel anything while watching any of these "sad" scenes. The anime just feels so hollow. Ah, there's the Eva reference: Get in the Shinpei Ryunosuke. |

| That ending was depressing. I knew she was the one to die but man that was sad. Hizuru definitely best character of the show, at least she got a badass fight scene before her end |

It’s better than A-1’s work this season imo. |

| God damn it, these overpowered shadow bastards are getting on my nerves! Shide is the T1000 and unbeatable. Well, Shinpei looped the one chance away where Hizuru was winning. In the alternative loop she didn't last a second and it was painful to see Onee san bleeding. When Ryunosuke took over the mud armor, I thought that was effective, how could Shide recover again. Next asspull was that the shadow gang decided to retreat, sure they were outnumbered, but Shide can kill everyone easily. The only capable enemy is shadow Mio, Shinpei is out of loops and the others are a joke. |

| This show is INSANE. Animation quality is INSANE. Smart villains? Yes please. Smart protag?! How often does it even happen?? If they don't drop ball with the last 5 eps, it's going ot be one of the best anime of this year (would be THE best, but Spy x Family, Chainsaw Man and few others, YowaPeda for me). Most underrated for sure, no Youtubers talk about it. No other anime death hit me this hard ever since Jiraya, and that happened like what, 13 years ago?.. RIP Glasses-chan |
