🪦Highlights🪦

Here are all of the highlights of the art jam! How did we select them? If users answered whether they were okay with having their art highlighted or not, following rule seven, then they've been highlighted. Usually, if permission was edited in after I granted the ticket then I wouldn't have seen it. However, this time and probably this time only, I went through all the posts again.
These highlights are simply in order received.

Nearly everyone was dead set on ghosts, so I was a little tickled! Still, I loved seeing everyone's creative ideas! And the food looked so fun! I hope everyone was able to enjoy themselves making things! We received cool animations, fun menus, and all types of stuff! Feel free to look through the thread, but this post features anyone who wanted to be highlighted only.

A small story on how ghosts also like to game.

For her, night was the new day; that was when she allowed herself to go out and explore, just like she used to when she was still welcomed in the light of the day. Needless to say that she had a lot more freedom than she used to, now able to just enter and exit out of stores, establisments and even houses as she pleased. In the beginning of her new life and existence she had found that fact bizarre and vowed to never haunt, yet she quickly grew bored and-as her newfound ghost friends told her-she naturally found herself fusing into any wall she found and taking peeks into wherever she ended up in.

But alas even ghosts had to take some time to rest it seems. When the vague light of the sun sneaked up, creating the first shadows of the day, she quickly floated back to the abandoned house that she had claimed as hers-no, she did not live in her grave small, tight and boring as it was. The journey back wasn't long this time as she hadn't ventured too far away, citing the laziness that still plagued her periodically. As soon as she entered the eerily cozy home she plopped down on the couch in the living room. Blankly staring at the ceiling, she wondered what she could do before getting to bed without alerting the humans in the neighbhourhood.

Ah yes, but of course, she could play on the abandoned Switch she found! She had found it last night but hadn't opened it to see if it worked, it was the perfect opportunity! With a wry smile on her lips, she fished it from the cabinet she had placed it on and, with a practiced notion, turned it on. Luckily it turned on without problems, and with it came all the memories from her living life; the nights spent playing instead of sleeping, the hours she spent on researching which game to buy-so many fond memories she had with a device as delicate as this one. Checking the games this had installed got her excited-all of her beloved otome games?

Giggling, she loaded one of them and, just like she was used to, began playing until....the moon came on! Curse all the addicting otome games....
