| I'm really glad that they brought back this series for its sequel, but damn, they ruined the character design and mostly the animation that I love so much in the past. Instead of upgrading the animation, they went and changed it into chibi-like character designs, both old and new characters are going to be annoying to watch with the new art style. Even the manga was better or the S1 is better entertainment than this. Anyway, just seeing the 5.6★ from MAL makes more sense and realistic because of such a bad move they did with this series. There are actually a lot of good scenes in the later chapters that need the old character designs that can be enhanced further to make it more fitting to the actual shenanigans of each character, but this is just nuts. (even MC looks so fat in his body, the macho old man is missing) I'm appalled by the author's decision. I even rewatched the first season, just to get my hopes up down the drain. They destroyed our hopes and dreams for this series, and turned it into rubble. |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

| What in the world was this episode? Why were some characters’ eyes covered and names censored, while others had normal faces? It was so confusing. The episode felt like a recap with a bit of backstory thrown in about our main character’s time as a game developer, but honestly, none of it added anything new to the story. I also don’t understand why they changed the art style. Maou’s funny, shapeless, colorless faces really don’t work for me—I miss the old designs. Season 1 was miles better when it came to character design. |
| So this literally was a "retry"? If this is actually the 1st Season all over again with some "reimagining" of things, I'm dropping it right here. Looks pretty bad as far as the 1st episode is concerned. |

| So EP 1 is basically a recap of S1 EP 1 with some new elements but in this show who genuinely cares about the world building? xD Anyway I found S1 to be really bad but it's the kind of show that is so bad that it ends up being very funny because of that in my opinion, hence why I'm watching S2 but it seems like it will be way worse |
