| It was nice to see Odasaku again. I didn't expect that he and Fukuzawa had met and been on the same case. And welcome back, Edogawa Ranpo! It's not good to waste food especially when you're being treated :( |

Origin Story is actually a pretty short story (LN3 is split into two stories), I think it will be finished up in the next episode. |

| Ranpo being my favourite character from the previous seasons this was an absolute treat. Nice to get down to basic detective work and I thought the art style was a good choice too. The OP implied even more Ranpo and I can't wait for the next episode. |

S1 had a nod to Dazai's Entrance Exam up to/during the Azure King eps; S2 was the Dark Era, S3 it was Dazai and Chuuya, 15 Years Old. and now the Origins of the Agency. they make this to tie up the whole story together. ^^ this first episode was the 38th, 39 comes next week ^^ |
