| Imo, there are many, many anime that deserve a second season but will probably never get one; although some more than others ended on a weird note and left me starving for more: Classroom of the Elite - Come on, we just started to uncover Ayanokoji’s past. I know the novels are pretty big in Japan right now so maybe there’s a small chance we’ll get more. Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash - The party literally just began their incredible journey and then... the end?! I may or may not have skimmed through the plots of the 3rd and 4th novels and, oh man, did they sound good. Yona of the Dawn - Pretty sure every person who’s ever watched this wants a second season. Who doesn’t want to see Yona become even more kick-butt? Masamune-kun’s Revenge - I know it’s widely hated on but I liked it and was sad when it ended on such a big cliff-hanger. I think the manga is pretty short, maybe I should just read it instead... |

| Ouban Star-Racers. A timeskip second season was apparently revealed to be in some form of development in January 2017... three and a half years later and no news. Seriously, give Ouban Star-Racers a chance, truly an amazing anime. D-Frag!, gosh, such an amazing anime and manga. Seriously, season 2 please! Binbougami ga!, another amazing comedy anime and manga that deserves a second season. |
