| lol at Shin getting called out. Goku can create barriers? Goku kicked Bergamo just like in the opening. Dat finger beam. Triangle of death? Dangers Triangle? lol at Zen-chan. Vegeta joins Goku. Cat woman. Steel skin. Iron skill battler. Absolute zero? Lavender got cat scratched. Goku goes SSJ. 3 from 9th got knocked out. Funny considering they fuck up whenever they have a chance to win. Vegeta goes SSJ. Dat blast. 2 more drop out. lol at dude forcing himself out to get away from Freeza. Triangle Danger Beam? Vegeta and Goku go SSGSS. Final... Kamehame... Ha! 9th universe got eliminated. The whole universe gone. Dat ending. Glad that scumbag Roh is dead. |

| Is it just me, or did they reuse quite a few tracks from Dragon Ball Z Kai: The Final Chapters in Dragon Ball Super? I know that I'm not going insane here, they're definitely using a lot of TFC's OST here. ...actually, TFC probably has my favorite OST in the Dragon Ball series, so that's nice. ...now, I just checked. Holy fuck, I was right. I'm not going insane at all. I've been hearing the TFC soundtrack all over. I know it's Sumitomo, but damn, I've been hearing this since the beginning of Kai: TFC. Good soundtrack, but wow. |

| Looks like a universe is getting wiped this early after all, and it’s Universe 9 aka the supposed weakest universe, I mean yeah I saw it coming but man going down this early is harsh, they even had a good thing going with the furry trio and some of the other fighters were interesting too like the cat girl and metal dragon dude, but their focus on taking down two of the strongest guys in the tournament did them in, really they should have been worrying about themselves more than revenge. It’s a shame too, they had some great team tactics, but the moment Goku and Vegeta went Super Saiyan they were done, that’s honestly pretty similar to the way a lot of the early GT fights go, where they’re interesting as long as Goku stays in base form, but the moment he goes beyond that it’s over. Also, unfortunate that they somehow found a way around the poison but it was never explained, and that shut down Lavender’s one unique skill, Universe 9 pretty much got shafted because of that one thing. But, with all of Universe 9’s fighters defeated (a shame the bunny girl didn’t even fight, when did she even get knocked out lol) the moment of truth arrived, and yep, the twin Zenos are complete psychos no matter how cute they appear, their reactions to wiping a whole universes and every life in it were unsettling, not to mention Daddy Angel and Universe 9’s Angel’s reactions, dude didn’t give a fuck that his universe is gone, he didn’t seem close to them but still, makes you wonder about the true nature of the angels, oh well Kusu is still cute af lol. But with Universe 9 set as an example, now everyone will probably take the tournament a bit more seriously, not sure if we’ll see more universes drop as fast as 9 but I’m looking forward to seeing how the fights go from here since they’ll definitely be more interesting the less fighters that are on the field. |
| The line about selling action figures was funny! Man Goku and Vegeta seem like they are wasting a lot of energy and time, but their team-ups were cool. Also, wow the whole of Universe 9 was instantly eliminated! I didn't expect that - I thought the Zenos would wait until the end of the tournament. That's terrifying!!! |
| hilarious looking back and seeing how invested in the "angel plot" fan theory type stuff back then that amounted to nothing lol. They were obviously trying to make people thing that way at the time tho! |
