2) Celty's Head drop has been retrieved and shipped to Chicago, as mentioned in the episode.
3) Shinra love for Celty is overpowering Saika, it was also mentioned in the episode too. Shinra's love is not half-hearted.
4) Erika's contact lenses has been removed to prove that she is not one of Saika's Zombie, it was also mentioned in the episode
5) Sloan is not important, so let him out of the question :)
6) The Yakuza said that the bullet from their gate are not match the gun Mikado received from them, it was much smaller because Mikado use his special gun, so they have no connection to link Mikado and the gun shot incident. Again, it was also mentioned in the episode
7) To be honest, they are also not important.
8) She is neutral, she always craving for love.She even love Shinra because his love for Celty. We can say that she is a good girl, but sometime confused like Varona.

I think you should watch this episode again :), you missed a lot of important stuff.

10/10 ending for me - Shinra and Celty are amazing as usual.

2. Okay got it, kinda thought the Mika/Seji dialog was as unimportant as always so I didn't give them much attention (my cat jumping on my computer was a bit more interesting in that moment)
3. Nah sorry, I don't buy that. It's like explaining the nakama powerz of the whole Fairy Tail cast: "Because I love my friends SO SO much" -> Power Up! That's cheap, Drrr shouldn't fall so low.
4. But Erika's right eye was perfectly fine at minute 20:20 (without the lenses), when they spotted the Saika using teacher and ran him over with their car. But the next day, while she talked about the stalker, she wore an eye-patch. So what happened?
5. I agree, let's forget him and pretent he never existed like a few other Drrr characters
6. So the hidden handgun was removed from Mikado by his friends on the way to the hospital because they "knew"(?) the Yakuza might attack him if they found the weapon? He get's away with everything without even the tiniest bit of scolding?
7. They left a strong impression in the beginning of x2 and were important at some events before. I think it's sad to see that they just got dumbed because the writer can't handle the many characters he created as good as he thinks he does.

After their's full of happiness ending, what happen with dollars? As mikado's mention, he wants to end along with dollars. Is the position as leader will be taken over by someone else? Or this episode is the end of dollars instead?

Like overall even if that was in the original novel, it was a shitty choice of end. I was not expecting him to win by any stretch of the imagination, but for such a torturous end for no viable reason, even if he is implied to be a rapist, psychopath, need I go on? It's wretched. It's wretched, it's lazy, and there would've been such better excitement from him stabbing the fuck out of that cliched yandere stereotype!!

For the overall adaptation distillation of this show, flubbed animation, constantly making Nasujima keep that fake beard on, other errors, and that ending goddamn existing at all, I have now docked my sweet score to from what was initially an 8, then a 7, down to a 6. I would say this is somewhat of what I like to call a "letdown". At least Izaya got his just desserts, that's about the only happy part of that ending I can get behind, minus "awww, look everyone loves each other" ooey gooey mess. That still don't cancel out Nasujima's bad fate. That don't impress me much. At all.

There's a bitch I want to see at the bottom of a river right now. I want to throw Haruna to the bottom of the damn deepest river.

Nice finale. Can't believe this anime has ended, watched the first eps 6 years ago.

I hope they'll adapt SH and the rest of Baccano.

The Shizuo vs Izaya scene was disappointed.. It would be interesting if they make a movie or at least an OVA about their full fight lol.. I'm also glad to see Varona getting closer to Shizuo, my #1 OTP from this series xD Finally its already ended. Mikado can reunited again with his friends.. All of the chaos that occurred in the town of Ikebukuro was finally completed..

Idk but I have a feeling that they will animate another season someday :) My rate for this cour is 9/10

I was really disappointed in Mikado's actions and choices toward the end; total cop out IMO. After all he had been through, it seems he learned nothing and gained no strength. OMG, he simply resorted back to the boy who arrived in Ikebukuro in the first series. What was with that passive/aggressive crap?

A few characters got short-changed at the end... Shizou's brother (what happned with him?), they showed Ruri, but that irrelevant scene left me a bit confused.

Unfortunately, Saki was just there. I expected her to be more help to Mikado and instigate her presence as his girlfriend, but nothing so dramatic was forthcoming.

I really wanted to see the the twins reaction to the seriousness of Shizou and Izaya's fight. Honestly, I kept thinking when Shizou landed that punch, it should have been a replica of the same punch he used on the tractor. Ohh... Izaya wouldn't have walked away from that one.

Everything ShizouxVerona, I love. Too bad for them; I could really see something there, the author should have exploited them more romantically, I think.

This is so weird, but really wanted Namie to be in the back seat of that car with Izaya. Can't quite see them as a couple, but I know those two messed up minds could wreck havoc somewhere else.

All in all, Shinra is the man!!! Celty you lucky, headless, Dullahan **sighs**

Celty takes care of the whole trouble by literally and figuratively wrapping up the loose ends.

Izaya has shown he can one-on-one Shizuo after he was distracted and wanted to provoke him into killing him so as to damage him I guess? But in the end he lives and flees, apparently to never return, that kisses this asshole goodbye only wreck trouble wherever he goes out next.

Shinra as he has been professing for nearly his entire existence decided to play the villain he so utterly claimed he would for Celty's sake and he did by both forcing her to come after him and by once more severing the link between body and head. I never expected Shizuo to catapult him in order to do that though.

Nasujima just showed how much of a pathetic villain he is after failing miserably once more in achieving whatever vengeance he tried to get, getting played by the very thing he thought he was controlling, getting rammed himself and ending up as a sextoy for Haruna. Guess this asshole is gonna understand the meaning of being a plaything for freaking finally, and it serves him right for being the scumbag he is. Happy nights Takashi.

Namie pulverizes Shingen (as he usually gets) and Seiji seemingly accepts Saki a something else than just accepting her love but as important, that's relevant and hopefully he gets over his obsession with the head and learns to treasure her properly.

Shizuo and Varona have more synergy than ever and promise to meet again. I guess that kisses our Russian friends goodbye? Wonder if that means all of them are gonna be gone, that's a shame.

Celty and Shinra are happily and now ride together to escape angry cop. Well I guess she must really love life with Shinra if she's willing to still face the one and only individual that can terrify her.

The trio finally is together after so many trials and tribulations. Anri accepts her feelings. Masaomi stays (I guess) and Mikado accepts that he does not need something extraordinary but just something real to keep himself moving forward.

All the villains got their asses kicked, move on, or lay to rest for now. As Izaya leaves, Takashi got what he deserved, and Aoba got halted by our favourite Yakuza who is intent on protecting Anri and Mikado, so no more mischief for now. I wonder what happened with Izumi, did he get burnt by Innocentus or what? Kujiragi saves Hijiribe from his psycho stalker.

Anyway what ends well is well I guess. That was a fantastic ride in every way.
