| I was wondering this because a lot of people send me PMs asking me to travel to USA to meet me personally, but I don't really want, I find it dangerous and dirty, although on the other hand it's very exciting and tempting. Also I told them to come to my country but they don't want, so I think they won't have the chance to meet me and it's a pity... maybe I should travel... So, What are your thoughts on this? Would you travel to a foreign country to meet someone? Would you do it for LOVE? How far would go for that "special" person? Discuss :3 |

| I wouldn't mind though I doubt I'd do it. Meeting up with someone you met over the net usually isn't a good idea, though there are some luckies that found it a good decision. Ah, bottom line: most likely "No." |

| Yeah i would travel abroad. my dream s to see the world and since i meet people online and i would want to meet them in person it would be a great opportunity to do so. when i get the money. i plan to travel to the Philippines, Canada and maybe Europe but most of al most people i met are form the US so yeh. |

| Yes, of course I would and I have already done it. This past summer, I went to visit my German/Russian friend and his family. And I had only previously talked to him online. I wasn't nervous at all, it just felt like meeting any other of my friends, and when I arrived, we immediately had stuff to talk about. Spending the rest of the evening drinking vodka and just having a good time. I wouldn't want to be without this experience. So yes, I would definitely consider meeting people I met online. The only place I haven't really went to visit someone I met online is the USA, because it's too far away. |

| Only in extreme cases and only if I had time and money to spare. The idea of meeting people IRL that have been my friends in Skype convos and similar for several years doesn't feel unappealing though, it's more of a matter of how and when rather than if. |
