| There's no place to legally buy them in Maldives, or in Sri Lanka (as far as I know). If there were, I would download first, then when the volume releases I'll buy 'em. I can't buy through e-bay 'cuz I don't have a credit card and my dad would be too stingy. Oh, and I don't have the money for it. |

| Buy, but I'll also download if I'm not 100% sold. Or it's not licensed. Or horrifically out of print. Then, if it does get licensed/relicensed and I think it's worth buying, I'll buy it (just happened recently with Rose of Versailles getting licensed, woot! I know I'll buy that, even having only seen two eps via download, I will gladly pay money for it in hopes of getting more over here!) Unless they have a legal stream up, I can deal with ads for a few episodes just to test the waters. I don't have much space on my harddrive in the first place, so legal streams can be helpful |

| I download or stream all anime. Simply because 1) anime is really expensive since I have to buy it online if I want to buy anime 2) It's the wrong region on the dvd's so I can't play them anyway. I do buy all my favourite manga series though, so I like to think I make up for that. |

| i only purchase dvds if i've already seen the show and absolutely love it. so, i must feel like its amazing to buy it. i've been paying for a service to download. fellow members spanked my ass. now i've gone back to torrents |
| Stream, can't support mangaka because manga isn't sold anywhere near where I live, and the DVDs are 1-dollar knock-offs/copies of the original disc so I know the producers won't get any money out of that :P And Streaming is easier and faster than torrents. |

| Buy and download. Gota test it before you buy it brah. A lot of the shows I like such as Votoms, LOGH, or Older Gundam series don't get american releases anyway. I definitely download more than I buy, but I'm slowly buying the anime I really enjoy. |
