I usually don't watch slice of life anime but is this series worth watching? Why or why not?

I'm just curious, please no spoilers though.

Depends on how much of a simp you are and how much you like fanservice. If you love that type of stuff, you'll love this, cause Marin essentially carries.
Otherwise, watch K-On 😊

More of a rom-com rather than a full SoL. I found it pretty average but if you like cosplay, blondes and fanservice, I guess you can give it a try.

Yeah that sums it up

Honestly it’s overrated. I read the manga and watched the anime and it was underwhelming. The relationship between the mains is somewhat sweet. Still wouldn’t call it sol really.

Tbh other opinion doesn't matter it all depends on you. If you want to watch it or not. You can always watch the first episode and make decisions after. if you should continue or not.

Yes it is.
It is pretty good and the plot is kinda original and avoids a lot of cliche movement especially the beach episode was original and wasn't all about girls in swimsuits.

Despite the fanservice, it's still enjoyable due to how interesting the characters and their hobbies, it's nice knowing something about cosplaying :)

Definetly one of the best SoL/Romance animes of the last couple of years. Great animation, good OST, and a good direction overall.

Yeah. I think I liked it a lot because of the moment I watched it in and it just clicked cause when I read the manga it wasn’t as enjoyable but it’s still worth the watch. It’s short and fun, nothing really to lose

Sort of. I personally didn't find myself liking it as others claimed but if you're into a blonde gyaru who cosplays and acts overly naive then it's perhaps for you.

It is worth watching if you are into romance/comedy. This anime tells us that anyone can do whatever they like regardless of gender n etc and there will always be someone who appreciates your work in what ever field you are in.

I mean, it’s very ok. It has an average story with fanservice, not to say it’s bad. But don’t look for more other than that, at least for the anime. It does have good animation and soundtrack tho.
The right mindset when watching an anime is hoping that it will break your top 10

I do not think you should watch it, it does basically nothing new or special it has a nice art style but that's it. the romance in terms of anime is pretty much non existent. if you want a good slice of life/comedy I'd recommend danshi koukousei no nichijou, and nichijou. these shows actually have very fun characters, and it's a great slice of life.

It’s pretty good. Simultaneously wholesome and horny, amazing visuals and work by cloverworks and a solid main couple and premise.

It’s not revolutionary by any means, but if it looks like something you might enjoy give it a try for sure.

im gonna be honest with you its an okay show. its pretty nice but you know its an SoL romcom anime so nothing really happens, if youre not used to it you probably will be bored out of your mind.
the story is okay, pretty nice for people who love cosplay or that have a passion that dont meet gender expectations.
it has A LOT of fanservice so be aware and mind that the girls are all underage

If you don't like fanservice, maybe no, but besides that it's such a fun time, beautifully animated, and the story and romance is amazing!!! Also, Kitagawa is so adorable!!! Though I might be biased because I'm a cosplayer and related to this personally lol.

It's okay i guess, i adored it at first because it really had a nice message and explored it the right way consistently, a depiction of the struggle one may face because of a particular hobby he has and how many people hide their true selves because they feel that by being more natural they will ultimately get avoided...it has a nice message but the longer i watched the more i felt like it started to focus on fan-service and cringe interactions, the romance was there yeah and it wasn't bad but it feels as if it departures more and more from this theme of "hiding one-self" which for me made the series unique in comparision to other slice of lifes. Overall it's ok, you may like it a lot since not everybody has the same opinion, worth giving it a try since it's short

its really cute, i myself am not the biggest fan of manly romance anime but i really enjoyed this one :) The cosplay aspects are also pretty cool :0
