Ash is truly on his path to everlasting greatness! The animation, the music, the theme of destiny. This team is so broken so far. We haven't seen them much in combat yet, but they're strong as hell at the general consensus.   This series deserves atleast an 8!! So well paced and written. |

| Wow this is slowly becoming Ash's best team ever lol I like Riolu's personality. Stubborn but very competitive, fits perfectly to Ash' style. It'll be much better once it evolves but that's a matter of bonding over time :P |

| Ash is gonna end up with a Lucario on his team!! i agree with everybody, this is gonna be Ash’s best team ever..even more than Gen1 and XY combined! no excuse to not beat Leo come series end also i like that Pikachu remembers Professor Elm and Ash kinda referencing Togepi |

| It's so weird that Ash has been denied these OP Pokemon for so many years and now they decide to give him all of them in one season. This Riolu should have been his two generations ago xD. And now that everything is possible, please, an Eevve. It's time for an Eeve. Also, why are they suddenly dumb about eggs? Why do the eggs now have generic designs? |

| who the heck is writing these stories. all I'm seeing is just random series of events and no plot development. like the other series (s&m , xy ect had better writers then this series) *no not art quality, its fine, i like it dont get me wrong* it's the story. i want the guy who was directing the other series back. unless its him im alright. the set up for ash to obtain riolu was so bad. ok egg does some random mystic waves and ash senses the presence of egg and claims "i was meant for this egg" and joy says keep egg k bye. its yours now. now ash gets riolu aka lucario in the future. this is a setup for him to get op strong mons because it's already late in the game. what's next? random setup for him to catch Primal groudon? also why riolu act like that. is it because its a setup for how op its gana be later? i just wana say this isnt the pokemon series i grew up with. its some messy writing. i just want a good plot development is all im saying. - _- i did like the part ... the part.. hmm i did enjoy that small pokemom trainer battle. thats all i can think of lol. also the part where riolu used a egg move on ash. vacuum wave i guess. |
| For a moment there before only being teased about Ash getting an egg and the site posting the possible mons in it, I thought it'd be the starter pokemon Soble, but among those choices I had hopes that it would be Riolu, and bloody hell they actually did it! they gave this boi a Riolu! his team is OP af now lol, Gengar, Riolu(Lucario) and Dragonite, this gonna blast. Tho I still hope he gets his Charizard back, he used to get him whenever he's gonna fight a big battle like the time he fought an Articuno once. |

| It's kind of disappointing that Satoshi used Pikachu for two battles in a row. I mean, what's the point of having cool pokémon like Kairyu and Barrierd on his team if he isn't going to use them? At least he used Gengar a while ago, but still. Well, let's say that he is saving them for challenges that Pikachu can't overcome alone. Now, more importantly, I'm still excited that he caught a Riolu! I didn't expect the egg to hatch in the same episode it appeared, but that Riolu has been delaying his arrival for quite some time so it really feels that he has been waiting for Satoshi all along. Or at least for someone who has an aura like his when battling. I think that I also love his personality. xD Can't wait to see more of him, but the next episode is going to be about Gou and Rabbifoot and I guess that it can be nice too. I mean, I like Gou and I liked his tamatama pun. lol |

| I wish they would have used another Pokemon other than the Lucario line again. This evolution line is so overexposed already from the movies to Sinnoh even to Kalos and now we get another one of this aura bullshit. I didn't like this episode at all. It just felt flat overall. |

| love almost about everything here, the fact they made another rank battle, using ash's aura, getting riolu which is setting up for lucario, and the characteristic of riolu looking gor the aura he felt in the egg, just loved everything. little disappointed that ash doesn't use genagr, i get that dragonite might be too OP to use though. dannymilk said: the team of ash in the kanto region was good?? except for charizard all his other pokemon were unevolved, and the evolved good pokemon he had released, and after releasing primeap he had only 5 pokemon till the league.Ash is gonna end up with a Lucario on his team!! i agree with everybody, this is gonna be Ash’s best team ever..even more than Gen1 and XY combined! no excuse to not beat Leo come series end also i like that Pikachu remembers Professor Elm and Ash kinda referencing Togepi if you want ash's good teams are in DP and XY, and you can also be argue with his DP team quality. and why you remember only togepi? there's larvitar that came out of it's egg in johto, phenpi, another egg he got in unove (can't remember it's name now) and more of other trainers who got eggs in the long series. |

| Damn Ash actually catching his own Lucario (Rioilu for now) With the specific Pokemon Ash is catching it definitely feels like a love letter to the fans. |
