Akame ga KILL!
| I know she can be cute and sexy sometimes, but she's a evil crazy psychopath that does some fucked up shit, she's like a female version of Hitler. We know she's going to die because and she won't switch sides and if she did no one won't welcome her in with open arms not after the shit she pulled and Tatsumi's probably going end up with Akame or Mine, hell he has better chance to hook with Leone, so why do people like her so much? The " Violate this town until your satisfied" which mean doing horrible things to innocent people really gets to me and im just following my standards and being logical. I do have to admit though she is my 4th favorite female character, 1st Akame, 2nd Leone, and 3rd Mine and far more likable then some other girls in this series. To me she reminds me of Talia Al Ghoul from Batman. Ugh, oh well anime fucking sucked, end of story, im done. P.S. She's still total fucking bitch with a capital B. |

| Honestly they haven't shown too much of her in the Anime, but she's really not as bad as you might think. Although incredibly cruel and harsh against enemies, she is very loyal and compassionate to her troops and allies. All the money she makes she gives to her troops to pay for their equipment and overall help them and she won't hesitate to kill anyone who fucks over her allies. |

The other thing that can make people like her is the fact that she got more development than any other character in the series, hell she even has more development than Akame. In the manga, we pretty much saw everything about Esdeath, and thats why people started to like her, because the only bad thing about her is being a sadist. That alone is not enough to make people hate her. Well it's not like she goes around killing every innocent people she sees, she only kills whose who oppose the empire, and that's it, otherwise she could just go to the capital and kill everyone there, from her point of view, killing those who oppose the empire is just the same as Night Raid killing the corrupt guys. In the anime the only thing that she has done to NR until now was killing Bulat, and it wasn't even her personally, it was Liver. |

Dude, I have read the manga untill the last chapter that was released, Esdeath has more development than any other character except for Tatsumi obviously, if you don't believe me go read it. If you got annoyed by Esdeath fans just ignore them, also the people that really likes her are those who've read the manga, because in the anime she barely had any development yet. |

No, they're not one dimensional characters. I know that you use "one dimesional" in place of something actually meaningful to say about the characters but it has to make sense. Clearly, the fact that Esdeath is a sadistic and ruthless warrior, cares about her allies, desires strong opponents, and can also fall in love alone proves that she is not one-dimensional. You even find out more about her later and why she has the ideals she has. And I don't even like her as much as alot of other people do. I can go on about the other characters as well not being on-dimensional. |

Sadist - most common villain trait Strong- another typical trait Loves to battle- yawn AGK is a manga/anime that's for entertainment all the characters are generic and bland although there's a few who had wasted potential for the sake of fanservice and shock factor. Wanna know why Esdeath is loved? Because of her constant cleavage and voluptuous body that is all, she's basically what they call: Virgin bait. Come on she wears a captain outfit and hat which apparently guys in Japan like and she unbuttons her jacket to reveal her cleavage. You can tell the author did a visual hentai novel before doing this series. You cannot bring up any good points about her character she's a 1 dimensional villain. She's only nice to her subordinates so they can adore her and fight for her at their best which ties in with her lust for battle. | I absolutely f**king hate her and that is mainly because I read the manga. For now in the anime, she just looks cute and sexy but she is beyond cruel. The things she did are slightly toned down in the anime or scenes that were done in the manga were shown for only a brief millisecond like telling her men to ravage the village, essentially allowing the rape of a mother in front of her crying daughter (this is properly shown in the manga but only shown for a brief millisecond in the anime, you won't notice it if you aren't looking for it). She is a vile individual. |
