And he's near death experience was interesting we got to see parts of the future. Those Aliens looked scary. And that waitress is a heretic, using a Porsche in that way. Maya was great again this episode that punch in the end was funny |
| I liked the Alien Invasion. The color pallete used and the animations... everything was perfect :d I also felt sad for Fumiaki. No wonder he became so depressed later on. |

| Once again, this anime exemplifies the greatness of facial expressions. The reaction to glasses solving the problem was hilarious. Of course, I still love Chihiro's wild fantasies. Selling bread under car hood, lol |

| Poor porsche... now a bread stall xD and Fumiaki is such a whimp. I seriously hope the creators aren't aiming to make Maya have a crush on Fumiaki; I'll be facepalming if that happens =.=; That being said, I feel more sympathetic for Fumiaki because of his past, and I'm liking how Maya and Fumiaki are finally in agreement with each other about the key of Nostradamus. screenshots: |

| Loved this episode it was great and original again~ When Maya and Ami tryed convince Kozue about occult at the beginning was hilarious~ Also I liked the near death experience part, we got to see the invasion and a bit of Bunmei's past. Finally him and Maya are a bit closer~ |

| I loved this episode so much more than the previous ones. Mainly because they showed Fumiaki being less of a useless bum and the reason why he grew up to be the way that he is, through seeing those flashbacks. Also, because we got to see cuter Maya moments other than just the stiff Maya always giving the evil eye or rage of furry...and also in a swimsuit. I like Maya's bracelet. I want it. It doubles as a blunt weapon. So fashionable, yet so deadly when used alternatively. |

| Aliens look like they came right out of war of the worlds (2005) otherwise a great episode .. finally stepping things up a notch and moving away from crazy waitress girl (whos probably more then she appears) and more towards Fumiaki and Maya working together to solve the 'problem' Props for the nuke And for more epic Maya-ness |

| Definitely a lot better than the previews episode. We still need some big shit to start happening though. Seeing Fumiaki living through that war hell it makes you wonder how can he still be such a coward after all that shit his been through. He completely contradicts the "whatever doesn't kill makes you stronger" phrase. Anyway at least he showed some guts this time. Let's hope he can continue improving. Maybe he got his power backs after the near death experience or something. That will be useful. Face expression awesome are on parade as always. Too bad we didn't get a better shot of her in the swimsuit. |
| I really enjoyed this episode. The parts featuring Fumiaki's past and everyone's reaction when they found out how to return kozue's heart to reality were probably the best parts of the episode. Hopefully they should get better and better. |

| Too much Kozue. And also, this kind of male lead is the kind that I dislike the most D: Couldn't Smile've been the lead instead? That would've been awesome! And I was kind of hoping maybe Uchida would regain his psychic abilities after that visit to the "afterlife", but there's just no way they'll make him awesome, is there? : < |

As the series goes on, we'll start to like Fumiaki a little more as he goes through development while still remaining the same as he is. For example, while Kozue is having her emotional moment, Fumiaki is screaming for his foot in the background :D |

| The mystery behind Kozue's personality change was already interesting enough for me. But the real purpose was to create the opportunity to flesh out Fumiaki, develop his relationship with Maya and (hopefully) bring the focus back to the reason why he was sent back in time in the first place. And I thought it was executed very well. Definitely one of the best episodes so far. I loved how JK used his "abilities" to open the door lol. Has Fumiaki been going commando this whole time?! Hahaha. Those aliens were pretty scary, even if they weren't completely original looking. Which begs the question why Fumiaki hasn't treated his mission with greater urgency? Wouldn't he try to do anything to prevent that from occurring? I thought after seeing his past, Maya was going to lay off on the physicality. I was soooo wrong... |

It is the afterlife though cut it some slack, you should at least be able to conjure clothes out of thin air. First half was meh... however the second half was pure win. I was so tense when everyone was watching his tragic past on the monitor... i guess there was also a nuke too. When is that ever bad? At least he is redeemed, but i don't think that a little sympathy can flip my opinion of him much. We will see though. |
