sad to see the old man go. as much as i love seeing bloodshed and killing, they did a good job making this war grey to the point where even i don't want to see unnecesarry deaths

M'Quve sure is a snake. So Sayla is Char's sister and they're royalty I suppose. RIP Ramba Ral, what a sad ending for the man, he died how he wanted to at least.

i'm starting to piece together an incomplete vision of why char possibly killed garma. he said it was not because of him, but for what his garma's father is or has done. assuming artesia (sayla) is a princess as ramba ral addressed and had to be taken care of by the man who worked directly under her and char's father...

also. i really liked ramba ral, didn't want him to die at all - or at least this early into his introduction. great guy... loyal, fair, courageous, has good morals and dignity. like an earlier comment said, why are they killing off badass or at least interesting characters this easily? i'd like to see some of the white base members, if not most get cut from the cast. but that's stupidity on my part.

the characters from the origin anime don't temperamentally look exactly like their 1979 version, i really liked ramba ral and sayla in the origin but here, not so much

RIP Ramba Ral. The only mature person on this show tbh.

Amuro should learn something from him.

Also fuck Sayla once again. I hate her even more.

F

Without change,we end up becoming the very person we hate.

I was dead until the moment I met you. I was a powerless corpse pretending to be alive. Living without power, without the ability to change my course, was bound to lead me to a slow death.

I really enjoyed this episode. The Ramba and Artesia reunion was great, good ol Jimbo Ral was mentioned, and the White Base has had their first major (enemy-induced) upset.

Its a shock to see Ramba go out this early, and via suicide no less. Really interested in Hamons role going forward.

Isn't there one reasonable crewmate in the White Base ? I wonder if the screenwriters knew what they were doing. Second half was great nonetheless.

He really killed himself because of some kids...Yeah, realistic. I knew he will die but at least it wasn't that 'superman Amuro' who killed him. And no main kid died yet...yeah that is fair as well. Why would veteran soildiers kill some rookie teens in battle?!

After watching Origin Ramba Ral became one of my favorite character of Gundam, his life is so tragic and epic at the same time. The ultimate chad.

Nooooo Raaaal ;_;

It hits even harder after seeing Origin first. Ral deserves to be part of the rebellion ranks inside Zeon alongside Char. Strategically too, it doesn't make sense for him to essentially seppuku himself this way.
