| Great kick-off episode.... to be honest i was'nt expecting some thing this good, i was simply thinking of this anime as a sister-brother complex like KissXSis, but i was wrong.... One of my fav. anime in this fall..... |

| They changed few bits here and there from the manga like Kirino is revealed to have both good grades and excelled at sports in the beginning. but it was overall good. and not to mention Kirino is less colder here than in the manga/LN. |

| I have to admit i wasn't bored even for a minute watching and after it ended i was thinking of it and laughing. The scenario is strange and all. It makes you wonder how the hell to you make a series about a little sister that likes little sister eroge. Are they gonna turn it into incest love, or just make him a fanatic too? At times the whole thing seems a little shallow but it was well made and actually entertaining. In the end it shows you can make a nice little show out of everything if you to it right. I also watched the first episode of MM! that was about a masochist guy and it was shit quality compared to this despite the fact that you can claim that both this shows have a silly little main theme. What i didn't like was the style of the brother. That indifferent supposed to be cool style once again. No fucking teenage boy acts very much like that. Is like they copy paste that stupid Kyon personality from Haruhi again. Damn and curse that stupid Kyon and his appearance in the anime world. It's like every time they try to create a guy that is kind of normal and not some crazy pervert star of harem anime or a "i believe i can change the world because i believe it" shonen boy, they go completely to the other end making him always have that indifferent "am bored with life" look on his face that is completely unreal also and not as normal as they think. -"Half a day ago i didn't even know such games existed"----Yeah right.Suuuuure! He lives in Japan for Christ sakes and doesn't know such games exist. I never bought an eroge, i never even played one and i still know what they are. And i live in the other corner of the fucking planet. He doesn't know my ass!!! But script right there. The sister seems to be the typical anime tsundere. Actually she's mostly an annoying person with a little cuteness. Yeah not very original but hey we are used to it and sisters are kind of tsundere in reality too. I admit i would have kicked her ass if she woke me up two times with a slap in the face. Actually she doesn't even need to do it twise. I blame him more than her once again. His very an-spirited reaction to such a bitchy behavior once again is the copy paste of the annoying Haruhi-Kyon combination. Well yeah in the end from the two main characters none of them is close to making my favorite list but still despite that, the show as whole wasn't bad at all and i enjoyed it so it is kind of conflicted but i don't care, that's how i feel. |

| Great first episode Looks like it would be a great series, just hope that they don't ruin it with exaggerated fanservice or that in the end they find out they're not related and fall in love with each other. |

However, you have to remember that this dude lives in Japan, where everybody is supposed to be normal and boring. He doesn't even have a computer in his room, I'm not sure if he even has porn and he certainly has no anime and likely no manga. Not knowing about eroge is possible, not knowing about imouto-eroge, which is what I think he meant, is quite likely. Coupled with the fact that he's just so horribly surprised by the whole thing, I buy it. This is a small spoiler perhaps, but he will become more useful and proactive in future episodes, just wait. Also, don't judge a book by its cover. |

| Double vocaloid producer involvements in this production makes it a must-see for me~ hell ya kz and Hiroyuki Oda!! I don't get why people categorise Kirino as Tsundere when all she shows so far is just apathetic towards the brother. guess some people still has the "incest!!!" mentality coming into this series |

But this guy in the anime like Kyon from Haruhi are honestly no constant indifferent to everything even abuse and that's who they are not just trying to act, They are very unreal. |

It sounds like you had a dramatically different highschool experience than me. As far as unreal goes that seems accurate. There isn't anyone who legitimately doesn't care about anything. Does he care about anything in this room? Perhaps not. Still if you found the right subject he'd get talkative for sure. That's not taking into account that many people don't want to be seen as caring. You talk as if anyone who keeps themselves in check is inherently transparent but I don't think this is the case. If you keep from being talkative then there's not much more too it. There was that one chick who made light conversation with him but that was no big deal in terms of acting nonchallant. Heck many people in highschool haven't found their passion yet. If you're not a people person and legitimately don't care for anyone in the room, and you haven't found any manner of hobby you enjoy yet, then there really isn't that much to care about. In terms of his interaction in this episode we had the chick, which was smalltalk, his parents, which again was no reason to get all bright and cheery, just dinner conversation. Finally we had his sister who in the beginning wasn't talking to him anyway so what was he going to do there. Later when they talked extensively it was about her eroge. How expressive did you want him to be? It was an incredibly uncomfortable conversation. At one point it looked like his sister was going to make a bad decision and then he became quite expressive before bringing himself back in to check but this is all quite normal. Besides, he seems more like the type of character who's more comfortable letting his actions speak than his words. They exist. Some people are quite caring through their actions but reserved in their speech. It's more than realistic. |
