Seriously, thanks for a friend of mine spoiling me that she does indeed die, I kinda knew it wouldn't affect me much because I already knew what was coming. Another thing, the scene where she supposedly dies really wasn't that emotional for me. I don't know, it just didn't evoke any sort of hardcore sad emotions in me. Most of been because of the spoilers. DAMMIT. |

| I was on a season marathon watch of this series but finally have to stop after this episode. :-( I watched the movie adaptation of this last week after finishing the first season so I know how things will turn out at least. I thought I was prepared...emotionally that is. Ah but the tears did come, slowly at first but continous that I had to pause the last 5 minutes of the episode in between my own sobs. T_T |

| Re-watching the last half of this episode...I think that is still the saddest anime scene I have ever seen (though some other shows/movies might have came close). They did a wonderful job depicting that scene...particularly with Nagisa's hair and eyes. |

| OH GOD NO T__T Actually I've been spoiled about Nagisas death since a while now - I didn't do more than check up on the lyrics of the OP "Toki wo Kizamu Uta" and was left shocked, as the 2nd and 3rd verses describe a lot. HOWEVER! Thanks to a line in the lyrics of Tomoya seeing Nagisa cooking breakfast for THREE I was believing Nagisa would live to see Ushio as child at least, before dying a different death. WOULD HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE ENOUGH!! XD But no - it came different and more harsh than expected and I cried painful tears, I really had to hold my own hand and sat at the edge of the couch, inhaling the pain. I was really "inside" Tomoya at that point and really felt numb and dead after it was over. Beautiful masterpiece episode and one of the saddest moments in anime played out in excellence, I'd say. |

| I wasn't emotionally attached to Nagisa until the last eps of S1 and the real start of Afterstory but today she completely got me. From the viewpoint of Tomoya and their daughter, it really hit me hard that I have shed some tears. My hands are gripping my hair the time where Nagisa is laboring but when the time I heard the baby cry, I was relieved but when I saw Nagisa with all those memories, I said to myself, "Oh no no no no no. She should live." But.. D: I really expected Nagisa to stay longer in this series but this ep surprised me. Anyway, I guess the last 8 life inspiring eps would be great. |

Oh dear, that was a surprise for me. I was already prepared that the remaining episodes will be overfilled with joy, happiness etc. But no. They had to ruin it. And I fucking cried. Even though I really didn't want her to pass away, this turn of events makes this anime even better. God dammit, I gotta find a hankie, my eyes are becoming wet again... |

| I was holding in the tears while she was giving birth, but then the flashbacks hit like a ton of brinks. The single best episode in Clannad for sure. It was brilliantly done, flawless. |
