I really enjoyed this episode and thought it was great from the confession scene with the sparklers to the whole thing with Subaru, probably the best episode I’ve seen so far. |

| Kaoruko flustered? This is a first. They all went to the beach, and I have to say that I know exactly where they were. You could see Enoshima. And those stairs from the beach, I've been there. It's in Kamakura. I used to live in Kamakura, and I've been to that very beach so many times. Nostalgia! So much happened in this episode. I thought it was going to be all about Subaru, as she finally opened up to everyone about why she wasn't feeling like she belonged, yet she wanted to be there. Turns out everyone thinks of her as a friend now, and she felt better. But they all went off to buy more fireworks and drinks, leaving Rintaro and Kaoruko together. They enjoyed their time with the remaining fireworks, then Rintaro accidentally blurted out that he likes her. He was just thinking out loud. The look on Kaoruko's face! She was incredibly flustered and didn't know how to respond. For the rest of the episode, Rintaro felt terrible, while Kaoruko was extremely distracted. He called her at the last moment of the episode, and she really didn't know what to do. Cliffhanger! This was really up and down emotionally. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens in episode 13. It couldn't come quickly enough. Just one thing. The sunset was in the wrong direction. It should've been over Enoshima and Mt Fuji. They showed it to the south. Oops. |

| I thought "wow what an amazing beach episode to end the season with, but that epilogue scene was kinda weird" only to notice this wasn't the last episode. Honestly, I'm kinda glad there's still one more episode left. Can't wait to watch it. It took a lot of courage for Subaru to say what she did. She was finally able to overcome her manphobia. But man does this highlight some of the problems I have with this show. The characters often act in such dramatic ways that it doesn't feel real and takes you out of the experience. Stuff like this would never happen IRL. Or at least wouldn't go as smoothly. Woah. Rintaro finally said he liked Kaoruko. That idiot said it completely by mistake. Again, how does that even happen? Lol. But glad he was able to say it. I doubt he'd be able to confess normally. I just wanna know if Kaoruko will answer in the next episode. Can't wait to see it. |
| Subaru is slowly and steadily building up her confidence around men and starting to make friends. So happy for them. The tention between Subaru and Natsusawa is insane. I hope to see them as a couple ver soon. Our guy Rintaro went ahead and did it and the ed started playing at the same time 😄❤️❤️ We all know Kaoruko feels the same way but that really caught her off guard lol |
| Amazing ep Usami and Kaoruko are literally two peas in a pod with the same hungry mindset :) My boy Saku doing his mini side quests to help Subaru feel more comfortable with them. Love how much more vocal that Subaru is becoming. Sure it might seem annoying, but this is needed to make a much stronger individual in the series. Ik them donuts be hitting. Rintaro's confession finally happened and Taguchi did an amazing job with his storyboard to convey the beauty of the scene. My boi Rintaro determined 🙂↕️ This ep adapted from ch 33-36, while removing 32 and sum panels from 36. Interesting removal, but understandable. One ep left of peak. 10/10 |

| Easily one of the most wholesome shows in a while. It’s so refreshing seeing them take it slow and just build that friendship together. Human connection is so important, I think this show did a great job showing that. Hoping this inspires young people to put themselves out there and to find love! |

| After finishing My Dress-Up Darling S2, I was absolutely NOT prepared for that sparkler scene! Rintarou came in swinging out of nowhere! Just cute gooey goodness everywhere this episode. Natsu with the clutch donuts was also fantastic. |

Other than the HUGE confession this episode, I'm really glad Subaru got to open up to them about her feelings and fears. | Welp, I definitely didn’t expect Rintaro to confess right then and there. But then again, Kaoruko is so forgiving that he just couldn’t hold himself back and blurted it out, haha. I’m pretty sure Kaoruko loves Rintaro too, so I can’t wait to see how they wrap things up in the finale! |
| Would I be denying if I said I didn't saw Kikuko Inoue in her? Because her portrayal of Kaoruko is at high level like her mother. It's magnificent to watch. |

A little fun fact: the beach that Rintaro confesses to Kaoruko on is a real-life location that also appeared many times in Bunny Girl Senpai and probably some other anime.    |
