| Hana trying to buy a present for Yosuke a present for his birthday is a cute idea imo. Luckily, she had some help but still had a hard time finding something for him. Her heart was in this so I guess that's what is important. Cute episode really just seeing how Hana tries to get Yousuke something. |

| What a sweet episode. Keisuke and Tabata helping each other choose a birthday present was adorable. Keisuke has basically already chosen his future sister-in-law: it's clear that he's on Tabata's side. It was touching to see how worried he got when he didn't hear from her. Since he supports Tabata being with his brother, I'm looking forward to his totally illegal platonic crush on an older woman coming true... well, in the distant future. |

| i don't think i can even voice how much i hate uguisudani. i thought after last episode she'd finally start to take a hint and back off, but she's right back on her bs again this episode. and of course the author hates tabata and has to make the whole world work against her just for one small payout. hoping for keisuke to continue acting as the wingman to get ueno and tabata together. also hoping that with ueno and tabata exchanging numbers, that they'll finally start talking and hanging out more. this show is frustrating me to no end. i need the ending to be worthwhile after being put through such intense agony |

| Ueno's birthday is coming up, so Hana's idea to be inspired by Shoujo manga, it's just too out of bounds, so asking Keisuke for help is the only way possible. However, his extent of knowing the appropriate present for Hana to give his older brother, as much as it is for him to seemingly have a crush on the flower shop lady. And it's his level of maturity that has Hana want to give the present to Ueno on her own behalf, as much as it is for Keisuke to support her. It's the mark of acceptance that Hana has a crush on Ueno, but she prefers to sugarcoat it for her usual fears of blundering her deliverance. As expected, Keisuke keeps Hana in check, though for all the same reasons, the misfortunes only run her way of helping her mom clear with oil stains on the carpet, as well as a lost wallet to be handed over to the police. In the meantime, the guys and girls inviting themselves to Ueno's place to celebrate his birthday, with the desperation on Keisuke's part to desperately want Hana over at their place (while giving a chide expression to Uguisudani at her arrival), she has to forget her phone in that regard. The same way that Hana thinks that she's wasting his time by being late and dirty, after seeing both Uguisudani and Keisuke's replies, she finally makes an effort to celebrate, even if the gift is tacky at best. And the gift back to Hana by sharing her contact with him, it's a good exchange anyways, girl! | How did she manage to have the worst luck in all of the shoujo manga ever made? This episode was truly painful because it was one thing after another dude. At least lil bro is a cutie and wanted to help Tabata even though he secretly just wanted to buy his crush a gift. Then he started to get restless when Tabata didn't show up after all of the friend group did. Kinda fucked that everyone just magically forgot to invite Tabata and Gotanda. Uguisdani is so damn annoying. She was funny at first, but not anymore lol |
