| As soon as they mentioned the shredded picture book, I knew who the culprit was right away. This whole ep was absolutely heartbreaking all around. |
| Kumakawa seeking Takao's help to tend to 3 kids who were all treated for their own diseases, but then were all simultaneously attacked at the same time that's involves an angel for some reason. But Takao showing disinterest in the case, and with the trio being troublesome kids causing trouble for the hospital and its patients alike, nothing is being resolved, aside from Kenta being diagnosed with leukemia, which frightens the chibi doctor that she could not save his life. Even worse, the trio also causing problems for Kenta and his mother, and the kid's affiliation to Takao slowly changed her perception that both of them are alike, they truly shared their moments together since the day he admitted into Tenikai Hospital. But Kenta's cancer only got worse leading to readmissions, and the more she sees him, the fear grows that he could die one day, leading to regrets. Kotori challenging Takao's perception that she can save everyone, and Kenta's case only proves that she can't be the angel of everyone's salvation. Atsushi down with literally cardiac arrest, just hope that he's going to be fine. The angel is still suspicious though... |

| I guess Takao doesn't like kids? Poor Kenta, that's so sad. A little kid having cancer is always extremely sad. The boys cut out the angel from the book and put it on a flashlight. The paper on the floor was cut out in the shape of an angel. Those little shits are bullying him and its so sad (side note about the animation. Kenta's eyebrows kept disappearing and reappeared) |

| Well, this has all been definitely touching. I didn't expect it to be sad. I have a little more respect for Dr. Takao. It's all a bittersweet situation. Although I can already imagine this kid's outcome, it's going to be dark watching it. Is that angel a lighted cutout? That's what it looked like to me. Anyway, the end of this anime is getting closer! Who knows how many more cases are yet to be revealed and solved? |

| MC is a literal child, really dislike her. I get that she is smart, but she really has no business being a director or interacting with patients in any way since she is clearly not mature enough for it. |
