| @Yoarry Well, don't know about that ... He had a scene in the manga, where he better explain his ability and all. However the anime might have killed him early on and won't be adapting that scene, which was kinda interesting to be adapted. |

i never liked Uruyu and so this episode carried no weight for me. also i'm just wondering why everyone is just standing around doing nothing and even Ichigo is half-assing. lots of words words words with no weight at all. no gravitas. utterly disappointing episode.
| @StateofOhayo By everyone, I suppose you mean Chad, Ganju, and Orihime? They did the best they could, but let’s be real—they’re no match for the Royal Guards, Ishida, or Yhwach. They can only draw attention, stall, and provide support (like Orihime). You’d have to be blind not to see that they were doing something. I'll describe you what everyone was doing if you couldn't understand: - Yhwach was "fighting" with the King's right arm. - Ichigo was fighting with Uryu (of course it wasn't a serious fight, he didn't want to hurt his bff for real). - Chad, Ganju, and Orihime "stalled" the Quincy Royal Guards (Askin, Gerard, Pernida, and Lille), who, as you could tell, didn't take them seriously—they are practically "foot soldiers" to them. The Quincy didn't need to rush to help Yhwach anyway. - Jugram was observing Ishida's actions because he still doesn't trust him. - Yoruichi protected the King, kind of fought Yhwach, and eventually fell off the Palace - at least that was the last moment we've seen her. - The remaining Shinigami below want to ram into the Palace, but they can't do anything more without additional Spiritual Pressure, which Aizen may provide. Zaraki is also unconscious. Hope it is enough for you to understand now. There was nothing disappointing in this episode, bud - except for your comprehension. "I don’t like this character, the episode is disappointing" just sounds ridiculous. It’s always the same case: when the animation is mid, people bitch about it, but when the animation is great, they bitch about meaningless details without thinking twice. |

@StateofOhayo Tourists and bandwagonners honestly should've been gatekept from TYBW back in 2022. They have a very shallow understanding of Bleach and struggle follow its story and characters yet they still feel the need to express themselves, be it appreciation or "utter disappointment".

What did you expect Orihime and co. to accomplish against nigh-godly characters who utterly outclass them by orders of magnitude? Rukia and Renji received royal training which put them on the level of a high-tier Sternritter. Orihime and co. knew damn well they weren't going into the Soul Palace to stand their ground against Yhwach's personal Schuztstaffel, but they went with Ichigo anyway because they're his friends and because of thematic reasons.
"Ichigo is half-assing" No shit he is. He's not trying to kill his friend, he's trying to understand him. After ~400 episodes you don't know what kind of character Ichigo is?

When it comes to understanding Bleach, it's simplified to just being a shounen with poor writing, when in reality, the only poor thing is the comprehension of those who think that way. Honestly, just take a moment to think about why something happened instead of feeling disappointed because it didn’t happen the way you wanted or expected. |

| Imagine getting one of, if not THE best shonen adaptation of a manga arc with top tier animation and budget and still finding ways to complain about it, couldn't be me. Anyway, episode is top tier, easily a 9/10 and above, this is leagues ahead of the manga canon (once again, so no surprise) and it saves Uryu from being a useless sitting duck and a massive fraud to a legit threat and a fine succesor of Yhwach. Next week episode is chair-sama's display of true power, really excited for that one. |

| I never liked Ishida, so this episode just reminded me why. Seems like Yhwach's sausage fest group won in the end. |
| The Ichigo and Uryuu confrontation finally happens, fight choreography was good i quite liked it, new Uryuu form was eh not as flashy with the looks or abilities then i thought, interested to know if that form was the same one he took in Senjumaru's bankai that also one shot her. Honestly i'm mostly shocked about how little words were exchanged between the two, i expected Ichigo to really push for a reason Uryuu sided with Yhwach besides the whole, "Cus I'm a Quincy" response, and maybe lean more into the sentimental side bringing up the past and how he was more asking "Uryuu" what he was doing and not Yhwach's prodigy. Didn't expect Uryuu to straight dome Ichigo though man wtf, i mean it was pretty obvious Ichigo was holding back but shit. Also just clocked that this was the episode Uryuu finally found out Ichigo is part Quincy himself. Idk how this'll effect Uryuu's character later besides him just coming to terms he's related to Ichigo in some distant way and that Ichigo also has the DNA of like 4 different species in him. Wow also kinda shocked that the soul king actually seems dead dead now, like Yhwach technically stabbed him 3 times before finally turning him into actual Swiss cheese in the span of like 3 episodes, all dude could do was just kinda lay there and take it. Also if it really is the end for the soul king, it kinda makes Ukitake sacrifice or wtf ever is gonna become of him later feel in vain since all it did rlly was buy time. |
