I thought I was missing some incredible details concerning the world building, Rudeus development, and unique plot lines.
Rudeus may be slightly more mature in season2, but he’s still a dick, and the world building is typical to me of a fantasy anime. The plot lines don’t stand out to me.

According to me Overall, "Jobless Reincarnation" is a really compelling isekai anime that offers a rich narrative, well-developed characters.
While it may not be for everyone due to its mature themes and controversial moments (many people will get what i mean by controversy), it provides a thought-provoking and emotionally resonant story for those who appreciate character-driven fantasy tales.

Now coming to its World Building aspects (Topography, Environment, Geography, Races, etc)
Its a diverse world with various regions, each with distinct cultures, societies, and magical systems which includes human kingdoms, demon territories, and beastfolk lands, all with their unique characteristics and societal norms.

Magic System
Magic plays an important role in this world, and its system is well thought out and complex. Different types of magic, such as elemental magic, healing magic, and summoning just like how nanhoshi was summoned here not reincarnated like Rudeus, etc are explored.

Rudeus Character Development
As we all know and have seen Rudeus starts as a deeply flawed individual with a tragic past. His previous life as a jobless, hopeless man who regrets abouts his previous life and is reincarnated and that gives him a second chance. This reincarnation and the seeing this new world gives him motivation that makes him take action and learn inorder developing himself in this world. Also many of the characters led him to be better and improve himself.
Also how they showed The feelings of sorrow & loss, guilt, fear, despair, anger, anxiety, jealousy, etc of Rudeus throughout his journey and how he gets the motivated, curious, starts hoping, learning, etc Which is shown way greatly.

Unique plot lines
Reincarnation, Summoning, Character Central story arcs (not just Rudeus but other characters aswell), The of exploration of different continents such as human kingdoms, demon territories, and beastfolk lands, etc, The teleportation incident, searching of his family and friend, Many arcs are long but also explores in much more details. The political things in the main Greyrat family, The story between the Man god & Orstead and many more.
There are so many unique plot throughout the course or journey in Jobless reincarnation story

Ehh, the storytelling makes the characters (flawed and/or scummy they may be) feel far more real than damn near any anime out there. Norn's arc (Rifujin himself said she would have been his choice for main character if Rudy didn't exist) in particular was moving and relatable as hell. Nanahoshi's breakdown after literal years of failure upon failure *hurts* to hear. Paul is a philandering bastard, but still deeply loves his kids and tries to do his best by and for them. Eris grows from short-fused violent tsundere bitch to... long-fused violent tsundere bitch. Baby steps.

Rudy himself, yes, as scummy a person as he *was*, shows signs of progress beyond his own stunted growth in his previous life.

NOBODY is beyond redemption and improvement. There's one character in particular, one that NOBODY would expect, from the LN that might get revisited in S3 that redeems themselves somewhat. Nobody is beyond help and unable to better themselves, and that's a powerful message.

I feel like all of this is the bare minimum for a fantasy story. Conflicts within a family, different territories and cultures with their own norms. Just because it has all these things doesn’t mean they’re that fleshed out or interesting.

You may not know but Jobless reincarnation is regarded as the Father or Grandfather of Isekai. It has so many things which i already highlighted in my previous post.
