If you're new to anime, I highly recommend you save all the well-known shows and enjoy the medium as much as possible because once you've watched all the popular anime, it will likely make you enjoy the medium anime less since you've seen the better plots

try Cowboy Bebop? dont have a whole ton to go off since you only have a handful of rated shows, but its got good character writing and style in its action.

also, and this is coming from a non-Jojo fan, you watch a random Jojo at the end of the time line. you might like Jojo's second arc since its all escalating action few breaks.

@AngelaWolter I figured that if I tried two parts and both times I dropped them, that maybe JoJo just isn't for me.

im a compulsive completionist so.. I hear ya, arc 2 though is the only one I could say I liked so far.
