| Very good episode, though the end is really messed up if you think about it for like, more than a second. First they clearly take advantage of the little girl by letting her gamble away her money, then instead of giving her the money back they put her in a debt cycle her mothers life depends on. People equating this with the "teaching a man how to fish" saying forget that the old saying doesn't involve putting the man into debt for that knowledge. |

| This felt real off to me. Sure, some of the charm of the first season was that childish fairy tale approach, but this had nothing else. The familiar characters were the only thing separating this from a child's storybook. Hopefully the rest will be more interesting. |
It turned out much worse than what I expected. Ep 1 to 7-8 from S1 were my favorite part of the series, so this taking place during that time got me excited initially. It still looks great as ever, so definitely watching for that. Love the OP too, was waiting for Keisuke Kojima to appear, but instead of directing any episode, he just directed the OP, kind of disappointing again in that sense. |

| Good to see it back though it didn't have that strong impression as season 1. This one seems more like a children's educational anime. But I'm happy to see Bojji and Kage back. Really excited to see what their journey has in hold for them. Loved the OP. The sequence of visuals were nicely shown. And the ED, nothing to say, it's Aimer, it's beautiful as always. |

| honestly wasnt the biggest fan of the second half of S1 I felt some plot points got significantly dumbed down but I'm willing to go into this hoping it'll bring back my love for the series Although it is a side story collection and anime original which is somewhat worrying but fingers crossed I get proven wrong and its great lol |
| I went in blind thinking this was a legit season 2. That said, I enjoyed it. Half episodes made me raise my eyebrows a bit, but still was fun. Despa is still a very unique individual as ever but I love every second of him. Show made me laugh and kept me entertained and time flew by faster than I realized so yeah I'll keep watchin. |

| A wholesome start to a probably set of wholesome mini stories that take placein between the series its based on. Kage is such a good buddy, he wouldn't let anyone suffer, same thing for Bojji. It's wise that they didn't give that girl the money right away so that she learned to earn it for herself. Oh, and the old lady bit was cute too. Good opening sequence btw. I feel like this will be a feelgood series with not much in stake and that's fine by me. |

| I'm amazed at the level of entitlement these socialist react to charity done right. Giving the a person the means to be self reliant and responsible for their future is one of the best things one could teach the impoverished. Throwing money at poverty doesn't solve anything, it only encourages a higher level of dependence and procrastination. Despa wasn't obligated to do anything for the mother and daughter to begin with. He was just an outsider to the situation that offered to help. He put up basically a trust fund to help pay for daughter's education and the mother's medical expenses. So he wanted a return for his "investment," so what? You know for a fact Despa isn't a tyrannical loan shark that would resort to exploitation. This maybe a shock to you but nothing is free in this world no matter how much you think the world owes you. |
