I guess Code Geass is a bad anime becase Schneizel did an illegal move in his chess match againts Lelouch. There are so many things to complain about this anime and you chose something irrelevant.

wait so why didnt ayanokoji get expelled? i thought the whole point of the exam was for the commanders that lost to be expelled? did i miss something?

Because Ayanokoji got a Protection Point in Episode 8 after placing 1st for positives in the Expulsion vote

It wasn't good in the LN either. And if this series gets any more seasons, they're mostly gonna be about romance and stuff. The series just doesn't do what it's supposed to do, lol.
