| Mahito defeat mecha dude with his own strategy. Feelsbadman. If only Kikuchi not lowering his guard after the surprise attack, he might have a chance to dance with Geto! Mahito reached cockpit means the end to your life, Kikuchi, just accept the fate ... I also like how they use different approach for the explanation of Kikuchi simple domain attack ... And i also not really expecting this style of animation onto Mechamaru versus Mahito. Not really the best for Mappa decision to do, but i can see how it's matched up with the theme of the mecha battle, or whatever it is as its ground xd. So yeah, enough with that, and let them serve the main dish already, shall we? The Shibuya Incident arc... |

| One thing I really dislike about shounens is that you always know how this stuff will go. There is just no point in all the tension and buildup when it's obvious that a side character can't win against one of the main antagonists. |

| The fight between Mahito and Mechamaru was pretty intense from start to finish. The animation for the whole fight itself was great, although it was held back because of the dimming and ghosting for understandable reasons. I'm sure the Blu-Ray version will remove those restrictions and showcase this fight as it should be. Either way, I do feel sad that Mechamaru lost that fight, considering his new body that he got was very short lived. The conversation that Miwa had with the Mechamaru doll only added to the sadness of him not being able to go back to his friends anymore. =( The rest of the episode looks to be a taste of what's to come for the Shibuya incident, with a veil already being placed around the infamous crossing and things have already gotten hectic. With Gojo arriving on the scene and the other Jujutsu sorcerers on stand-by, I can only expect the next few episodes to be hyped up massively from the fans here. I do hope it lives up to that hype. =) |
| Well Mech man is dead. Didn't really expect him to win. Shouldnt have made a deal with the bad guys to fix your body or something idk. Fucking manga readers hyping the shit out of this arc like usual which is pretty annoying. I'm certainly interested in where it's going but I'm just gonna ignore ppls comments. |

| Like when JJK meets Gainax's animation style. Though a bit hard to follow at times, it was a cool first fight overall. RIP Mechamaru tho. Gotta respect the commitment of a boy willing to screw all his comrades for a pretty blue-haired chick. *Rebuild of Evangelion 2.0 homage intensifies* |

Terrible. No lead in to the beginning of the story. I have no idea what that fight was to accomplish. Then the final 10 minutes was just filler. This is how an anime doesn't meet expectations and ends up with a 5 or 6.

| it felt like there were too many key frames with no connecting mid-shots in-between, so it felt a bit overwhelming. i found that playing it on 1.25 or even 1.5 speed was actually helping the animation be smoother |

| That fight was awesome! But man it sucks to think Mechamaru is gone. He just wanted to find Miwa ;_; And it looks like the Shibuya incident has started. Judging from all the anticipation for this arc, things about to get bad. A ton of people are trapped in the veil along with Gojo, and I get the feeling no one's making it out. I seriously need more! And man it feels good to finally be caught up! |

| Poor Mechamaru. He really tried his best to over power Mahito. To the point that he used simple domain to counter Mahito's domain expansion. But Mahito is just on another level and surprised attacked him at the end. The sad thing is that Mechmaru thought of Miwa smiling before he past away. Damn. The ominous curtain veil cover Shibuya. Abruptly ending a Halloween party. It was looking very bleak for the non-sorcerers at Shibuya. The man. The myth. The legend. Gojo is here to stay. He's about to cook and ruin Geto's plan. |

| This entire manga is just complete and utter garbage, that is the truth, it really seems like fan fiction with how the story is structured, plus the world itself really feels like it has no world building done to itself, and every scene is at max 3 characters talking to each other, the background is just there for the sake of being there. This manga doesn't deserve the animation that MAPPA is giving it, it's actually insulting how much better manga get gutted but THIS ONE gets the insane budget treatment |
