| What an insane fucking fight, that ANIMATION HOLY SHIT THIS CAN'T BE A 52 EPISODE ANIME WTF |

| a masterpiece from start to finish the battle went smooth and choreography was good, flames animation looks good everything about it was perfect i liked the fact there wasn't a dialogue when the fight went super fast to let the viewers focus on the fight itself. oh and don't even get me started with the symbolism of when Yhwach started to walk up to Yamamoto, crushing the skeletons of his dead subordinates which emphasizes his nature of selling his companions short and the revenge that occured when he put Yamamoto in the same position making him taste his own medicine.. truly unbelievable episode it was |

| Pretty good episode, and very nicely animated. I've never really cared for Yamamoto, but I do appreciate an OP character. Plus, Aizen got his first appearance, so lots of exciting things are in motion. Other than that; We're moving a lot faster than I even realized. I wasn't expecting Born In The Dark to be here already. But, if nothing else, I'm hyped for that. I almost want to see if I can find a list of episode titles for this first cour so I can get a sense for the overall pacing. |

| That was superb, big step up from the previous eps. Animation, pacing, dialogue, sound, powers and the scenes away from the fight were all really good. Voted liked it accidentally, instead of loved it. |

guhada said: not too sure how I feel about it. I was hoping that the undead from south would be a bit more aggressive. the 3d was also pretty clunky for that part. There was obviously some super impressive parts to this fight which lots of people have already talked about here but South just didn't do it for me. I haven't read the Manga in quite a while tbh I know alot of things that I'm looking forward to but I forget how far away they are/ what order things happened in. overall just a minor nit pick very happy to have bleach back The skeletons looked like the most useless ability ever. Yhwach didn't even have to fight back because the skeletons were just walking towards him like mindless zombies. Well, worse than zombies given that they weren't even trying to bite him lol. Makes me wonder why he even has that ability if it's so useless. It seemed like it would be someone's Shikai at best; to have that as one of your Bankai's "main" abilities and to have it do nothing is a bit of a waste. |
