I have no issues, I'm only curious! :) With Kuroko, Deku they suffer from the same problem to me, the author tried too hard to make me feel bad for them and to like them. It backfired, with Kuroko the constant running gag grew old too. I'd much rather come to like characters organically. Take Todoroki and Bakugo from BnHA for example, I didn't think much of them at first but I think their development was well done, I've come to care about them naturally. It felt like a decision I came to on my own and not one forced upon me by the author. That makes the connection to the story/characters much more powerful IMO. I don't mind tropes like a tragic past, nakama power, etc. to make you feel for the character, it all depends on how it's done. Since BnHA is still on going, who knows I might change my mind about Deku. But for now there are side characters that I like and the plot keeps me reading even though the MC doesn't resonate with me. |

| @CtrlZED Ahh, agreed. Even though I don't notice it much, both these characters are unrelatable. I like them but they're a little predictable and unrealistic (how they care for justice so much and almost always make the right decision). |

| Ayato Sakamaki from Diabolik Lovers—more like—all of the characters of Diabolik Lovers (a little bit exception for Yui, Reiji, and Kanato). I don't get why people favored him or this anime (although it's ironic that I managed to finish watching it or survive watching in 2013)? His character design is meh (there's a lot of good character design than him), and his personality is trash. Toma from Amnesia is also trash as well. I don't get it like why some people like him at all? He had no interesting backstory to support his problematic behavior. He needs to go to jail. (I tried to understand him in the original otome game called "Amnesia:Memories", but alas, he's trash and nothing interesting about him. He's extremely popular in Japanese audience which I don't get it why.) |

| I can't stand megane anime girls, especially when they're cow-titted Onee-san types. Olivier Armstrong. I don't "hate" her, but don't really find her appealing either. She's like a female and a non-goofy version of her brother. |
CONSTANT MOOD. Add negative points when they're all timid or clumsy. @himmu_san: he does get a lot of character development; you need to just pay attention :p At the beginning, he is a loner with lots of social anxiety and he pushes everyone away because he's afraid to lose them. By the end of the series, he has found someone he would risk his life for and lots of friends whom he learns are okay to trust and depend on. I can respect that someone dislikes a character but ffs don't lie. |

| Hinata. She’s a bland, weak, useless girl who’s character revolves completely around Naruto. Hinata is an obessive stalker and 90% of dialogue is “Na-Naruto kun”. Her fighting Pain and getting her ass kicked wasn’t a great moment, it was dumb, reckless and selfish. Onodera- Another bland girl with no character development. The girl is cardboard. She’s too ‘perfect’ and has no personality. Any episode/chapters dedicated to her are boring because her interactions with Raku is always the same blushing, gushing over how great Raku is in her head, a moment where one is about to confess only for some plot convenience to happen and they lose any courage to do it again. Worst girl in Nisekoi easily Bakugou- Overrated, one dimensional bully that you can find in any comic. Bakugou is a little bitch and his fight against Deku in s3 was brought about by his own insecurities and being butthurt that the kid who he used to bully was about to surpass him. Terrible reason for the fight. Bakugou has no development, he just has an outburst because he didn’t get what he wanted and then proceeds to act like the same annoying, abusive prick he once before. One of the worst characters in MHA and doesn’t come close to Sasuke or Vegeta character wise. Itachi- emo gary stu. He’s depicted as a villain in pt.1 who fucked up Sasuke’s life both mentally and physically. Then once he died, Kishi retconned him to try paint Itachi as some tragic hero that was justified in committing mass genoicide of his clan because it was for the betterment of his village. That’s like Goku killing Freiza, only to do a 180 in his character and find out he wiped out the saiyans to save the universe. It’s poor writing and Itachi’s actions are inconsistent to his portrayal in pt 1. L- Boring, ‘morally correct’ intelligent detective. Light’s personality, ideology and character arc make him a way more interesting character |

| yuno gasai was possibly one of the most irritating characters i have ever encountered. i also hated yukitero as soon as he developed deadass stockholm syndrome for her. i hated light. i hate arrogance and light takes it to a whole new level with his god complex bs. hes a good character in theory and very intelligent, ill give him that. but once the morality of killing only the bad people was gone and he started killing innocents, it was ruined for me. i also, like many other here, hate tsunderes and most yanderes. theyre just annoying. some characters that have fewer fans overall but are popular in their own fandom that i disliked are: junko enoshima from danganronpa tomoko kuroki from watamote naruko anjou from anohana eru chitanda from hyouka kanade tachibana from angel beats shogo makishima from psycho pass ann takamaki from persona 5 umaru doma from himouto umaru-chan kouta and yuka from elfen lied tomoyo sakagami from clannad yuki nagato from haruhi |
