| t. I'm a manga reader. BTW, I'm not one of the salty ones. This story is actually really good and literary-speaking quite sophisticated. It's just that most manga readers are too dumb to appreciate it for this, honestly. Judging by the length of the story and its popularity, we will see S3 for certain. There's no way they could just wrap it up in a movie like they did with QQ. Anime in recent years stopped with this annoying practice from the 2000s of making only one season covering a tenth of fifth of the story. Nowadays, if the story catches fire, they will animate it until the end. Or, at the least, give us some OVA episodes or a movie to wrap the story up. |
| just to answer your question i would dare to say its pretty likely, manga sales are good, i think series is popular in japan, i feel the hate towards the series comes from the west so it really doesnt matter. From a story perspective movie arc and post movie arc (cant say the actual name cuz of spoilers) are hands down the best arcs of the series so i wouldnt understand the studio deciding not to adapt it. its after those arcs that imo the series turns bad and i dropped it but i havent picked it up to see if the author made it enjoyable once again. |
