^This, is something I've been thinking for a while. Sometimes I see these people who watch the raws, and they're out posting 20min after the episode's aired, but they didn't understand shit, which makes a post.. rather insignificant O.o

Simply people do translations right? If one of them gets sick the group might not be able to continue with the subbing until they resume it happened before on one of the series let me think Queen's Blade right now might be a case.

Pretty decent episode for once. Just to bad they had to kill the suspense by revealing the "suspect" in the preview or isn't he?

And I say she isn't. I remember her opening treads in Phantom subforum and previewing the episodes. Rarely was there a case when someone (often it was me) didn't need to correct her.
In other words, she is an unreliable source. The best source aret he blogs that you can find around the net.

You never know that, it might be longer sometimes. What happens if the people get sick or something. You never know.

Strategy that people usually use: wait fo the sub. Only if it is delayed (meaning: is not released when it usually is) go find a summary.

English subtitles especially those which are released less than a week after the broadcast are:
- crude translations
- sometimes an eyesore
- they divert attention from the art
- a second foreign language one has to translate (only for those who don't have the arrogant demeanour of a native speaker)

To my regret RAWs are most accessible shortly after the broadcast and decrease with time, therefore immediate consumption is mandatory lest they become spoiled.

Meh, this was an okay episode. I guess this episode helped Misaka understand Kuroko and the Judgment organization a little more. I'm looking forward to the next episode though, it looks like something serious.

Since it seems she can control electric field at will, I can see how she can recreate a strong magnetic field to bend the trajectory of particles in a circle and keep pumping it up....

I doubt that the ability of the user is synchrotron. According to the database, only one girl has that ability but it's not her. The system is never wrong, it's simply outdated due to external circumstances. So it must mean the ability is probably something else....

I get that Judgement does all sorts of public service but I find it odd for them to be called upon to clean streets when Academy City seems to have those cleaning robots that look like dustbins to do that for them. Do Judgement members even get paid for all this?

Yes Judgement is a job like any other tough you can't expect a huge salary for it especially since a lot of student work there.
The cleaning robots can't be everywhere at the same time, yes a city is big and academy city is a freacking big city anyway so it's not weird for people to call upon Judgement for works like that.

The area where Touma live has them so I guess that there's some almost everywhere in the city tough the number is limited. Also these robots do more than cleaning so it's not like they are all cleaning.

It was very good episode. I liked when Misaka was blushing at that couple, and I lol'd at the scene where Kuroko's oppai even though, she was supposed to have flat chest. I didn't see that ending but wow. I am looking forward to the next episode.

The episode was pretty funny. Nice to see Railgun as the comic foil for a little bit. The bug parts definitely were the funniest. I should've known Kuroko would try to "offer" herself up before the end of the ep. It looks like things will get pretty serious soon, too. Looking forward to it.

After seeing this for third time, I have to say that I suspect the undressing woman might be playing around with the registry (I don't think that glasses guy is in it and he has that synchroton ability, I would assume) and see how far people can use their ability at the price of others getting hurt. I also suspect someone else involved with the undressing woman is to benefit. This reminds me of the Acelerator case/clone case. I wonder if I might be right.
