Take it easy, she knows Japanese and helps me understand when there is not subs. I would say she is pretty accurate. And I say she isn't. I remember her opening treads in Phantom subforum and previewing the episodes. Rarely was there a case when someone (often it was me) didn't need to correct her. In other words, she is an unreliable source. The best source aret he blogs that you can find around the net. You never know that, it might be longer sometimes. What happens if the people get sick or something. You never know. Strategy that people usually use: wait fo the sub. Only if it is delayed (meaning: is not released when it usually is) go find a summary. My quoting? What is weird about it? Your replies are usually quoted. |

Proselyt said: wakka9ca said: I beg to differ. Accelerating a particle in a synchrotron allows for the mass to increase indefinitely. Therefore considering the Micro Black Hole hypothesis, we could see for a exothermic implosion resulting in an explosion to happen.Just pseudo-science. Nothing real or close to that. Clearly, gravitons has nothing to do with explosions. The fundamental interactions graviton have are the gravitational forces and that does not cause explosions. That does not explain aluminium or anything, but instead of a simply wacky fiction it's rather a crappy theory. Okay, but then it doesn't necessary have to do with gravitons. Accelerating any fermions continuously will produce the same effect...It doesn't really make any sense that they mention gravitons specifically...other than the fact that the entire process may generate gravitons (along with other theoretical or exotic particles, so I don't see what's so special about gravitons in this case) Maybe their measurement equipments can only detect anomalies in gravitational field? (plausible) And synchrotron as an ability is a bit too narrow.... Misaka should be able to reproduce the same effect by accelerating the particles as well. In fact, her "railgun" ability is accelerating a charged piece of metal (coin) linearly. Since it seems she can control electric field at will, I can see how she can recreate a strong magnetic field to bend the trajectory of particles in a circle and keep pumping it up.... I doubt that the ability of the user is synchrotron. According to the database, only one girl has that ability but it's not her. The system is never wrong, it's simply outdated due to external circumstances. So it must mean the ability is probably something else.... |

Phantom is too dark and difficult to understand even for a Japanese major like me (born in Japan and grew up in Taiwan, I speak mostly Mandarin but watch anime in raw in my childhood). I only watched Phantom because of Zwei. Railgun has less difficult words to translate into English than Phantom. I tried my best to put summary so that I can practice my Japanese to English translation skill. However, I don't use blogs because I rarely use them for it. Sorry about the cause I made for the forums. I will write my future summary posts with spoiler tags (too lazy to edit all the previews posts), just so let you know. After seeing this for third time, I have to say that I suspect the undressing woman might be playing around with the registry (I don't think that glasses guy is in it and he has that synchroton ability, I would assume) and see how far people can use their ability at the price of others getting hurt. I also suspect someone else involved with the undressing woman is to benefit. This reminds me of the Acelerator case/clone case. I wonder if I might be right. |

No. francismeunier said: This reminds me of the Acelerator case/clone case. The Misaka's clone case that we've seen in index is only one part of the story who happen after the current arc, so it has nothing to do with it, it probably won't get animated in this season. francismeunier said: I wonder if I might be right. Sorry dude, you said nothing right XD. I do want to add something. The undressing woman must have some role in all this. She is always in the OP so if she is not playing with the registry she must have some connection (maybe) to have those lower level people stronger. Anyways I suspect her just because in the OP she looks like it to be. |

Protip: I don't really check the forums anymore, so if you want something, take it on my profile. Is it time for my long-awaited return to the forums? щ(゚Д゚щ) Nope™, probably not. |

You also said something interesting....a reason why I prefer not starting some topic discussion...because I am terrible it saying anything about a episode other than things I liked. On another note, Shirai was the brave daring one to show herself naked....what reaction would Touma have at this.... I wonder. |

Anyways I suspect her just because in the OP she looks like it to be. Read at your risk cause there's a lot of spoiler in this: Are you sure you want to? From here on it's not my fault if you get spoiled The scientific in the op is indeed the one behind the scheme, she created a brain network system called 'level upper', it work by stimulating all the five sense at the same time. The level upper connect someone to a 'network' where they amplify their power because they are in synchro with the other user tough it is only a while before they goes into coma. She want to create a network being able to at least rival the tree diagram which she had been refused access to many time so that she can get the answer to her question. She have reason to do it, the level upper is not harmfull for the body and she'll be able to make people wake for this coma once she've finished with it tough it won't go this way because the network will go out of control. |
