| Eh, mid filler episode is mid. Kinda expected of Hero Aca's first episodes as of late. OP's good, ED's decent. All in all, nothing to write home about, nothing to really complain about. | spring started early didn't even realize there was a new episode already if this is considered 0 and not 1 no wonder it was so meh 5 seasons in and they still expect people to not remember anyone's quirks not much to write about OP and ED are nice. this season is gonna well not be that great for a while lol hopefully they can keep the action looking good at least. |

| I didn't like the filler at all. It's really bad and not well-planned. The previous fillers were a lot better. The Big 3 would never lose to 1-A, to begin with. But... at the end, this is just filler so. |

| WHY THE FUCK THEY HAVE TO MAKE THE FIRST EPISODE OF EVERY SEASON (excluding s1) FKNG FILLER, IT SUCKS! AND WHY DO THEY HAVE TO TELL US THE HERO NAMES AND QUIRKS OF EVERY CHARACTER LIKE FOR GOD SAKE IT'S THE FKNG FIFTH SEASON WE KNOW ALREADY This episode was a total skip for me, I love the anime, yeah, but man the manga is 1000 times better, they have a lot to work with from it so why the fuck they have to make filler! |

| God have I missed BnHA. Even tho it was mostly a "filler" episode I still enjoyed it and it also showed some very interesting stuff we haven't seen so far. Ngl it doesn't matter how often I see the Endeavor scene of S4, I always get chills. It's such a strong moment for his character. The OP is a banger and it also contained some interesting scenes which give me to think what this season could be about (like that clash between Shinso and Deku at the end). The emergency drill wasn't to special but had some really funny moments like Mirio floating in the water and jumping back into the river after he got recued by Tsuyu and Mineta. Or Amajiki who was so annoyed playing a villain that he just wanted to go home lol. I wonder if we'll ever see a satisfied Bakugo :D So Endeavor met Dabi after his fight with the Nomu? Like many others I also think he's even if I can't confirm it yet, because I'm an anime only. But there are just too many signs for it to be true. The very last scene when Dabi said: "Hey, you're late" and Hawks appeard was a big surprise. It's easy to guess what most people me included thought of it first, but I won't judge before there's any evidence. They also did a great job with the ED. I like it a lot. Can't wait to see what will happen from now on and how this season will develop. |

| That was fun! Sure it was filler just to reintroduce the characters but it really captured the spirit of the series. I loved Mirio's whole schtick and Tamaki just wanting to go home was a mood. Good stuff. |

| Seeing the reactions to Endeavors fight was cool I guess but did we have to spend the whole intro re watching it? Also the new opening is ok but it isn't great. I feel like Bakugo is for once kinda right. I mean Deku got told not to hesitate because the role of villian was being played then bakugo doesn't hesitate and everyone gets mad at him? I feel like Ms. Gravity girl has ummm grown some more... I guess they are getting older? Kinda? Anyhow decent episode I feel like they coulda just launched right into it instead of basically re showing the whole class, but happy its back. |

| It was an ok episode, just like previous season first episode, mostly a filler. but I like it because of the funny moments. next week episode probably will have some serious events. I’m excited to see more of Hawks! |
| Tbh the best part of the episode was seeing Mirio float down the river, the rest is just as mid as always. Pretty cool to hear the Peggies doing the ED though, they're an awesome band. |

| Gonna be honest, not hugely excited for this arc. MHA generally goes good arc, meh arc, good arc, meh arc. This one is a meh one. Its just class A Vs Class B. The arc after should be good though cause it'll probably go back to the Heroes Vs Villains where the best scenes come from. Edit: Ooooooh, that after credit scene has me interested in the next episode at least. I love anything related to All For One and One For All. |

| The moment Todoroki used his ice powers and the camera cut to when the wall of ice was already up, I knew something was amiss with the production quality. I'd like to say it's because it was a filler episode, but the OP was also oddly static. Guess we'll have to wait and see. For what it's worth, the line "What do you want?" "I wanna go home" got a chuckle out of me. |
| The sheer amount of people who hate this episode just because it's more or less a recap is saddening. You have to realize that there are those who have yet to be introduced to this series and we need to give them something to work with in order for them to understand who our heroes are. The excitement and suspense are still coming our way, so please just hold on a week longer so we can get into the action. Besides, as far as recap episodes go, this one was far more informative than the norm, and gave us a pretty interesting cliffhanger that a recap wouldn't bother with. Looking forward to Ep 2! Plus Ultra! |

| What's up with the animation? It's seriously getting worse every season. It's so inconsistent, either being really good or really bad. This episode it was more bad. Why can't a series like My Hero Academia, a show is incredibly popular worldwide and in Japan, have sufficient animation throughout the WHOLE episode? It has enough budget and the means to do so, are the staff/studio incompetent? Has Coronavirus played a part in this? |
